Customer service here is atrocious. You can never find anyone to help you. I went in after some ammo and literally looked and compared the entire ammo aisle, plus looked at every single scope and handgun in the case, then went with my wife to look at 4 conceal carry purses (which are in the ammo aisle by the gun case), turned around back to the guns and looked through about half of the rifle selection and asked loud enough for anybody within half the store to hear me if anyone was working. Still never seen anyone that worked there other than the girl on the other end of the store by the outside door. I guess being under surveillance is just an anti-theft precaution because nobody is watching. I don't expect someone to be there the minute I walk up, but I expect to see someone eventually. I really don't think they are in business to make any money, because this is the 3rd time this has happened. Well you know what they say, 3rd times a charm or 3 strikes your out. So with that said, 3 strikes it is, I think I'll stick with someplace that actually wants to sell me something. I shouldn't have to (nor will I) track down the staff to buy something such as ammo, either you want my money or you don't, and...

Went last week to buy a handgun that was on sale. I have my conceil carrry. Went in and had to do a background check that they said would take 30 minutes to an hour. They called me back at work and said my check had been delayed and may take up to 30 days to come back. Over the weekend they called and said my check came back and I could come and buy the gun. I go in Monday to buy the gun and it was showing the gun was not on sale. I asked the manager if they would honor the sale price since it was on sale when I came. He said "no and he did not know when it would be one sale again". So I left. I go to their website to write a review only to see the gun was actually on sale and the manager did not even check. I go back to tell the manager it was on sale but he was not there. The person at the gun counter looked in the system to see if he could go ahead and sale me the gun and the manager had cleared my background check so I would have to do another one. Nope just going to go somewhere else and not going to...

I am not sure how this place stays in business, other than having one person working at any given time. I have never had the opportunity to purchase anything here, nor have I seen anyone purchasing anything themselves. The only time I see multiple employees at a given time, they are off talking and sanding around. This time, the final straw, I stood in line in the hunting section with 4 other people who had been there for some unknown period of time for 15 minutes before each one of us said “you know what, screw it.” The only employee I could find in the store today was at the entrance and when asked a question, their response was “uhmmm, I don’t even know if that’s something we do here. You would be better off going to a place like Academy or Dick’s.” No confirming of that information, and no calling of another employee to double check.
