I was looking for a place for a kids birthday party. Initially the price seemed high however when I looked into other bowling facilities and included food, drinks etc I chose here because it was less expensive and a better package. The day of the party I was blow away at how nice the remodel was and the new screens on the alley. The staff was kind and had everything ready to go. Read moreNeed to step up the food presentation, using paper boats is a bit too cheap when one is buying a 14$ chicken tender basket. I understand you are a bowling alley however trying to promote your restaurant and food needs a little work. Plastic baskets are cheap and look way better .. just saying. Secondly taking an entree from a customer back to the kitchen (after already adding ketchup and mustard to the hot dog ) to add the chili they forgot is less then sanitary. Not the servers fault it’s the kitchens and should have sent it in a separate paper boat to the table. All in all food was decent just lacked...

They also insist on using Facebook (which sucks enough on its own) as their web presence and they don't even keep that updated properly. It would be nice to know how much it is to rent shoes and how they charge (per game or hour).
Maybe you should be closed and extra day a week so you can update your web presence. But I'm sure all the newly remodeled stuff...
