Kimbrell's Furniture — Local services in Greenville

Just went here based on pics and reviews of their stores. This particular store is in COMPLETE DISREPAIR. The ceiling is falling in, there was water in the middle of the floor with NO ONE trying to clean it up. The parquet floors were torn up in spots and wood was all over the floor. It was mostly empty except for a couple sofas and bedroom "sets". There were no accessories or vignettes that they show in other stores of theirs. There were mattresses strewn about on floors of carpet throughout that were SO stained and disgusting. There was one young woman at the "desk". She was busy talking to someone and we were the only other 2 people in there. She did not acknowledge us, which was fine because we couldn't wait to get out there!!! Honestly I wish I'd taken photos. It was like something out of a post-Apocalyptic Twilight Zone episode. So bizarre!! Why would Kimbrell's have their name on this store? Explained to a rude lady that called me earlier today that I've been between jobs and it's been hard making a payment. She says okay well will try and hold out till the first week of January and after that we will be taking you to magistrate court. So I said okay that's fine. They have had nasty attitudes since I first got my bed with them, though not avoiding payments because doing so is helping my credit. But If i don't have a payment on the 1st week of January lil baby let me know a date to be at court😂 like taking me is going to get a payment still if I don't have it I don't have it. And with that nasty attitude you sure won't get it. Shady business anyway. Stay away. my mattress was nothing but springs and thin foam But it's $700+🤣could feel them right through...

The service at Kimbrells was amazing. From Ariana at the front desk as we walked in was great. She greeted us with a smile and offered assistance as needed.

Working with Misty went so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. She listened and explained everything down to the delivery.

I only gave the 4 stars because even though everything at the store was worth 5 stars the delivery was not worth the 5. My family just moved in where we are and don't wear shoes on the carpet because it is clean. We asked the delivery men if at the door once inside could they take their shoes off. One explained that it was a safety hazard while the other was extremely rude about it.
