I came into the store with my mom and sister this weekend. My mom is a frequent shopper here and was excited to bring us. The woman working didn't get up or ask us if we needed any help when we walked in. My mom went up to her and said how much she loves their clothes and that we were looking for Easter dresses. The woman didn't acknowledge us as we gathered dresses to try. We had to clean out the dressing rooms that weren't cleaned out prior to us arriving and find our own room. She never offered help for sizing or different fits (although we were the only people there). My mom returned a dress and exchanged it for one for my sister. Because the employee never offered to take out dresses that we tried we left the dresses in our fitting rooms. The nasty employee said "oh wow... wow wow wow" and glared at us as we left.... I was appalled and will NEVER return. We are customers who purchased clothing and you should never respond so harshly. Learn some decent human respect and don't be such a lazy employee who makes customers feel bad for shopping... I hope the owner sees this and that you get your employee under control before she ruins...

I had a terrible experience this weekend. As someone who has worked in retail for 10 years in a variety of stores, I would never have acted the way the employee did. This is the second negative interaction I have had with this employee, and I will not return in the future. It is a shame because the store has a lot of cute clothing, but there are other places in Greenville with much better customer service. I would have hoped that a higher end boutique would have better employees. I would have given zero stars if that...
