I am not one to complain but after months of being dissatisfied with the service at this location I must say something. I have been going to this location and buying smoothies for years but for the last couple of months it has been so disappointing. First and foremost to start with what I can forgive. I can forgive long drive thru wait times and delays because of understaffing, lack of training, and a serious retention problem. One girl, who clearly was new, was in the drive thru on the cash register (30 minute wait time that day) in the morning which any person who frequents smoothie spots knows that's the busiest time of the day. From my perspective this is not the younger employees fault for this, that is a management problem. Now to what I can't forgive. I can't forgive that CONSISTENTLY for months this location obviously is having an inventory issue with keeping yogurt in stock. I know crazy right? A smoothie place with no yogurt to make smoothies. But it doesn't stop there. They don't have yogurt in their morning rush, their busiest time of the day. (Wonder how much money is being lost there?). I frequent going to this location between 7am and 830am and on many occasions for days and sometimes even a full week I go through the drive thru and they have no yogurt as was the case this morning (1/17/23). Its crazy that now I can pinpoint when they don't have yogurt. I pulled up and no one was there in the drive thru and I said to myself I bet they don't have yogurt and guess what? THEY DIDN'T! Just as they didn't one day I tried last week and as they didn't one day when I tried a few weeks ago. I am extremely frustrated with this location and their management.    Read moreWe go there this morning for veggie slim and trim smoothies sub raspberries for mango. The one handed to me for my mother looks like baby barf and has smoothie all over the cup I ask the cashier at the window to wipe it off she hands me napkins to wipe it off myself, the other smoothie was blue! Both tasted horrible they didnât taste like veggie slim n trim. I asked why one was blue I was told the girl making the smoothies may not have put as much kale in it that upset me I told her no one omitted kale from either smoothie, and no one added blueberries either no reason for it to be blue. Iâve gotten veggie slim and trim sub raspberries for mango before and it was still green!! She didnât offer to make it right either not that I had anymore time to wait bc I had been sitting in line for 30min or longer. Girl at the window trying to look cute acting like she was clueless while the one inside making smoothies was going very slow like she was really confused and did t know what was going on! I had gone in last week and the guys working last week were playing around laughing the floors were nasty it smelt nasty in there and they handed me a cup with smoothie all over it and they didnât even make it right either!    Read moreEdit: Today was absolutely atrocious. It was probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered my regular smoothie and wanted to use a coupon that I had on the app. The person working drive-thru couldn't get it to work even though I've never had an issue before. She seemed uncaring and was basically telling me oh well and laughed it off and called over another associate who also had the same attitude. I looked at my account and it turns out that it did go through. I showed it to the person working the drive-thru and she said no it didn't then shut the window. One of the other girls apologized on the other girls behalf because she was new but being new doesn't mean it's ok for you to be condescending and nonchalant. When I pulled off and tasted my smoothie it was made incorrectly and didn't have the correct add ins. I came back in and calmly asked for a refund and the two girls were still making disrespectful jokes and laughing. I could of easily gotten an attitude but I actually felt sorry for them because their lack of self awareness and lack of home training.
