Do not buy from this store. They are out to get your money. When you purchase an item, you also have to pay extra money for a protection package at checkout and pay for shipping. Returning products is a nightmare. I returned one item that was never worn, had tags, and returned in original packaging. They only will send you store credit meaning you only get your money back for the one item purchased not the full amount. That leads you to having to spend more on shipping and a protection package again. Their clothes run small which is not mentioned in details. There isn’t much on the website to pick from and items stay out of stock even if it is worth buying. Everything is overpriced and not even good material! Shop somewhere else. Do...

I stopped by this boutique recently while visiting Greenville after hearing a lot of good things about it in the past from my cousin, especially about how great the customer service used to be. People always mentioned how friendly and helpful the staff was back then, but honestly, that wasn’t my experience this time.

The girls working barely looked up from their phones and didn’t seem interested in helping anyone. It’s a shame, because the store itself is adorable, but the energy just judgy and rude. I’ve heard from multiple people that it hasn’t been the same since some of the older employees left, and after visiting, I can see why they say that.

This is my first time visiting Greenville and decided to go support local boutiques! This was such a cute boutique with great prices and clothes. I actually bought two clothing items and two pairs of shoes for great deals! I went in two days in a row to shop for more shoes since I was visiting. Both times I was greeted by the girls working, but both on their phones the entire time shopping. I tried to make conversation with one girl the first day and the one the next and they both were not personable. They didn’t seem to care to engage in conversation, which is disappointing considering how excited I was to be purchasing my clothing items!
