Wish I could give zero stars. Went there for a show, was assaulted by a staff member who also abused other staff members and audience members in the same night. When people sought out management, they were nowhere to be found. When I wrote to them, they were flippant at best. They refused to fire the dangerous employee until the press got involved, and then fired the two other employees who were assaulted, because they went to the authorities to report the assault. From the bartenders, to the door people, to the security, to management, none of the staff seems to know what they are doing or how to handle the live music experience. All seem very young and immature with no adult seemingly in charge. It’s a shame because this place could be great. Although we did have a mix up with the start time of the concert being different than what the ticket said, it was a good concert for the little we saw. The theatre is very nice, everything new and clean bathrooms. An upstairs balcony viewing area with seating and a separate bar (not open for this show) and bathrooms. That's great, because the bathroom line at some concerts can be absolutely crazy. Being the same owners as Lincoln theatre in Raleigh, I can see a lot of really good bands...
