Payne's Upholstery — Local services in Greenville

We have used Payne’s for 20 years and every project has had outstanding results. I recently had a problem with my leather oversized recliner. Both springs broke so I went on line and ordered new springs ($20) from a large spring company. Installed springs and recliner would not function. Talked to engineer at spring company and they sent a different spring using measurements of old springs. Did not work. Tried three different springs with no success. New recliner was $600+ to replace. Local furniture firm wanted $175 to fix. I called Payne’s and he said bring it in and he will see what he can do. I did this and two days later he called and said chair was fixed. Wow I said How much do I owe you? $10 he said, as he just used some springs he had at the shop. I gave him more when I picked it up.
