Went through the drive through at the Wagner location last night. I don’t even know where to start on how terrible the drive through lady was… We were wondering what was taking so long for the truck ahead of us to order. We thought surely he was ordering for a whole football team or something with how slow it was! That was up until it was our turn and we realized it was the woman worker! She starts out complaining telling us her whole life story and my husband is trying to be respectful to her and saying things like “we’re sorry to hear that” but honestly, we hadn’t ate at all, it’s 9:30 at night, we just want our food lady. We’re sorry you’re supposed to be on bed rest but still… It literally took over an hour in the drive through for her to make a few subs and two drinks. On my chicken bacon ranch sub, I didn’t even get ranch. I got a ton of Buffalo sauce on it though… How are you gonna not put ranch on a chicken bacon ranch sub?? The whole experience was a nightmare and that woman is costing this location a ton of money. We will take our money to the other location from now on or even out of town. Worth the drive and would still get better surfaces...

Finally after 10 minutes we start our order. 1st sub the guy had to go get a new package of meat. 2nd he had to go get cheese. 3rd sub he was completely out of meatballs and said they didn’t have anymore (2pm) so I had to figure out a another for that one so I went with the steak and again he had to go to the back to get it. By now another girl decided to join him and put the condiments on. She literally put like 4 slivers of onion and 1/2 dozens black olives. I just laughed and said that was absurd so she put more on. Next sub she tells me they are out of green peppers so I say you have good to be kidding. Well we have some in the back but l will have to cut them. I said then chop chop. Read moreOrdering some sandwiches for a party, I was encouraged by one store to use an EZ Cater app, yet could not order without delivery. Local store says “call direct”. The alien on the other end says I have to (via web or app) put in all my information. Subway app: Placed two orders, one in Piqua Ohio, and Greenville Ohio next day. I entered credit info, but did not talk to anyone, both stores had a bag ready when I arrived. I asked both stores to cut a foot long into four sections. Piqua failed to even get two cut sufficiently to separate them sections. Greenville store (Martin St) did it exactly right.. AND the Greenville store youngster also wrapped them like you would get if you normally ordered. Piqua had one wrapper and not even covering the whole foot long. Greenville had napkins and packets of sauce. Piqua I asked for them they were provided but no napkins. OH well, there are plenty of...
