Kroger — Local services in Greenville

Sat at 11am, out of things, and not carry items you can find in Sidney, Piqua and Troy stores. Disappointing to say the least.

Again last Friday night June 30th.. Dairy section missing several items, no Kroger half n half, Michigan brand cottage cheese, gallons of choc milk, no box wine in type we like... Only reason I stopped in again and gave you folks a 2nd chance was because wife needed to attend visitation at funeral home for co-worker, so I shopped... Was a waste of time as we had to hit Piqua Krogers to pick up items your store didn't have or keep re-stocking from the back or coolers... How about hiring some help to stock shelves and fill up the milk? Well anyhow I'll go elsewhere, Piqua or Troy.. Cashier didn't ask if I found everything I was looking for either, otherwise I'd of politely informed...

Air freshners might help... chain always smells awful. They IDed me for a 50 cent clearance bottle of 30 Tylenol... I am about to be 21. both of us clearly over 18, facial hair and tattoos. They wouldn't let us purchase because my license is expired... Didnt even look or ask about my birthday. Oh but let me tell you that they will let you purchase supplements, keep in mind, that supplements are not approved by the FDA, with no age requirement 🤔🤔🤔 whack and just pathetic. Boutta go get super high, mega blasted, off that big bottle of 500 Tylenol I bought at Walmart, with no age requirement... When checking out with my items, I questioned the price of an item that rang up more than it should have. The cashier called over a floor manger who went and checked. She came back saying the price was ringing up correctly and told me that clearly someone had moved the product to make it look cheaper than it was and was shaming me insinuating that I had moved the product to get a cheaper price. She publicly humiliated me. I simply told the cashier to take the product off my order and left. If this is how the office management treats their customers they should all be ashamed of themselves.
