I don’t think the ice cream at TCBY could ever be bad. The 1 star is for the service my niece and I received. I assume the manager was training a new employee so the lack of connection with us as customers is forgivable, but what I couldn’t ignore is the fact that we were treated differently than other customers. My niece ordered rainbow in a small cup with sprinkles then switched to a chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles. She went to get cookie dough pieces, and was told topping doesn’t come with those cones. I was prepared to pay for her topping. The customer after us ordered a waffle cone and asked if she could get topping and the manager said yes. I ordered a small white chocolate mouse in a cup with topping. The topping bar is self serve and one trip. I was asked what topping I wanted and was not given the chance to serve myself. I watched 5 other customers after us serve themselves. I usually overlook things like this, but everyone should be given the same treatment as customers. We did nothing to deserve being treated...

Ok how have I lived here for 2 and a half years and have been up and down the cross street where this is and never noticed it? I’m also dumb because I thought it was ice cream. Finally went tonight and got the cold brew coffee froyo. It was sooooo good and they have excellent choice of toppings, including my favorite dark chocolate chips which is not common to see. The service was excellent and love the retro vibe of the place, don’t change a thing! It’ll be a spot for me to grab a sweet treat again for sure. They also have a coffee shop inside the establishment so they’re open early in the morning for that and a drive through! Who needs that other green logo coffee brand??
