Hole in the WALL! I think it's in a great spot to get in and out of but it can be easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled! Looks beautiful, definitely eye catching when you walk in. They are super fast at making their drinks! Curbside is available. Wish they offered more food items... wish. Vietnamese sandwiches are some of the best!!! Please!!! I tried something different this time, a "slush" version of the tea and I have to say that I'm not a huge fan of it because the ice gets clumped to the top. Not sure why ... maybe to much ice .. maybe the machine ... I'll get the regular boba drink next time. Also, I wasn't aware that I could tell them the level of sweetness that I wanted in my boba drink. HOW COOL IS THAT?! Since I'm not a fan of very sweet things, I was able to tell them "little sugar" and they did just that! LOVE IT!!

I honestly don't think in one single post I can express how much this place ROCKS! The drinks never miss, and I mean never. I have tried a variety of their Boba Teas from the Taro Milk Teas to the the Monster Boba Latte (personally my favorite)! And never once have I been let down. The service is super fast because they stay extremely busy. At least everytime I have ever gone there has been a line. So they are fast, know what you want before you go to the counter. The establishment is ALWAYS pristine and smells like sweet milk. Their macarons are also a phenomenal pair with any of their drinks. There is plenty of parking. The only thing is sometimes there is a long line.

I’ve never had Boba tea before so wanted to try it. The store is adorable and all the staff were so nice explaining the flavors and how to order. I’m willing to try it again one day but it’s strange…I got the brown sugar with boba. The boba was sort of a chewy flavorless ball, and milk tea was vaguely sweet and watered down kind of. We also got whatever one tastes like the milk from lucky charms cereal and my boyfriend just couldn’t do it. The brown sugar one was better but we ended up throwing both of them away. Fun to try! But for the price ~$6 ea for the small I’ll stick to Starbucks. Just was not for us!

The first time I went, I asked the cashier about the sweetness of the black sesame milk tea & he was very helpful but the girl making drinks next to him rolled her eyes & glared at me for no reason. Second time I went, I asked if they could make a Guava Black Tea instead of a Guava Green Tea & they kept saying no they couldn't. I work at another Ding Tea and the Guava is just a syrup. Making a Guava Black Tea is the exact same as a Guava Green Tea but with a different tea type. It wasn't an impossible request so I thought it was strange that they couldn't manage such a basic customization. My friend ordered a Honey Milk Tea and asked if they used Ding Tea Honey because Ding Tea has their own syrup for "honey" that isn't the same as regular honey but the cashier just abruptly said "we just use honey". Then, my friend asked to lower the sweetness and the cashier said they couldn't lower the sweetness because it's honey... Just use less honey? Most Ding Teas use either 2oz or about 50-60cc/mL, so you could easily just do 1oz or 25-30cc/mL... And finally, my friend ordered shaved ice assuming that it would be like, classic shaved ice from most places but there was cereal in it? That's what really threw it off. I understand having set recipes but when it's a slight change, I'm surprised it wasn't "possible". It's literally the same drink but with a...

I love this place, but I recently ordered my family 6 of the original Ding teas with Boba with 100% Sugar and all of them were plain and unsweetened. Normally these guys are on it but that was a big bummer 😕 Would give them 5 stars 🌟 if not, make sure you guys try out your drinks before leaving, mine was takeout so I was long home by the time I tried mine! Edit: Guys I edited my original review, The awesome guys at this place contacted me regarding the experience! I didn't write the original review out of maliciousness or anything of the sort, I LOVE THIS PLACE! But I did want to give a heads up to customers to make sure their drink is made correctly especially when it's pickup and the store get busy. Mistakes happen especially in a place that gets frequented alot like this and during the weekend of course. I completely Understand the slight mistake!! Still I totally appreciate that they went beyond what they needed to do and contact me to apologize. I will definitely go back for their drinks, one experience will not ruin it for me, and their service today has cemented it...

Ever since kung fu tea down the road left a sour taste in my mouth, physically and metaphorically, ding tea has been my go to for boba. The manager is so sweet and she’s always been welcoming every time i come in. Boba has always been refreshing and tasty as well. However today was a hot mess. There were only two girls working one making drinks and the other taking orders. There was a guy in the back doing not sure what but there was quite a line forming after i placed my order and he was still in the back. A past employee came in and began chatting with the girl making my drink and not only was she making a mess while doing it but forgot my boba until the other girl told her. She then popped the seal off the drink got another cup and poured the drink into that cup with the boba. I think i just came in on a bad day but i’ll probably be back just because i refuse to go back to kung fu tea. i also regretted tipping 18% but obviously couldn’t...
