Huge bonus points here for having a very fast efficient drive thru system. Can electronically order your food while in line and they're making it while you wait, and can pay at the touch screen order pad before you even get to the window. Can even save your favorite orders by cell phone number (never get spammed by them after 2 years of eating here) so you just type in your digits, swipe your card, and pull up to window to grab your subway meal. Very quick and effective and perfect for a quick drive thru on those short office lunch breaks. And can still eat something healthy other than a burger and fries like McDonald's or burger king other drive thru's etc. Staff is friendly and very quick. One downside, on rare occasions drive thru line is too long it does back up into street and you have to loop the building to get in line. Rare and minor inconvenience. Normal positive subway experience...
Read moreI came to this establishment and I was not greeted or acknowledged, no welcome to subway or anything. From the looks of it they were completing online orders. There were 3 employees two making subs the other fixing a drink and no other customers in the store. Out of 3 employees I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me a paying customer who is actually in the store. Look I'm all for being reasonable but out of 3 people one person should be readily available to help a customer who is instore. The disrespect of waiting 10 minutes even be acknowledged when you're the only one in the store at the time is absurb. But I do find it amusing 2 patrons of a different ethnicity came in as I was checking out and had no problem being acknowledged and getting serviced quickly. Customer service goes a long way and I received none...
Read moreI come here just about every week for lunch and everyone that works there knows me by my name and they are all extremely nice and provide wonderful customer service. However, I just went there after a long day of work and ordered a breakfast flatbread since that was an option on the machine and the elderly white woman took 15 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window and when she finally did, I did not get a “hello” or a “thank you.” Instead, I received a dirty look and a “you know we don’t do eggs after 11. But I did it anyways.” It must have been so hard for her to go grab an egg when I was the one waiting 20 minutes for a steak egg and cheese after a 9+ hour long workday. How dare I! Won’t be returning to this subway...
