Asian Garden — Restaurant in Greenville

I will NOT gatekeep this business. As much as I love this place, I want other people to enjoy it as much as I do. They have a great rating for a reason. Every time I order from here, the food is perfect, fresh, steaming hot, flavorful, and delicious. Every. single. time.

I am a creature of habit so I usually get the same things anywhere and everywhere I go, but here I usually get the sweet & sour chicken which is breaded perfectly, it has the crispy crunch on the outside with the tender chicken goodness on the inside, the chicken lo mein is SPECTACULAR, it has so much flavor and it's saucy, the cashew chicken is delightful but i will say they don't skimp out on the cashews so they're a bit much for me, but the flavor is there. the egg drop soup is so good, i like it when im sick or not feeling too hot. the general tso's chicken has a great flavor, their eggrolls are delicious...i mean i really cannot complain. I have NEVER had a bad meal here.

Not to mention, the woman that answers the phone and takes care of you up front is so sweet, she's a hard worker and deserves all the kudos in the world.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Orchard Park by the tobacco shop. Eventually you will get sick. This is my second time getting sick from this place. The first time I had tried something else new that day so I didn’t know what had affected me. I’ve had this meal (sweet and sour chicken) a few times and everything has been okay. This past Thursday I have gotten sick yet again. I ordered the sesame chicken and it honestly didn’t taste like chicken. The texture of the meat… at first I figured the chicken was over cooked but no… that would make the chicken extremely dry but not like this. Silly me continued to eat it, I have busy days and hadn’t had much that day. Fast forward to Friday morning I am extremely sick. Throwing up and Saturday has kept me in the bathroom. TMI but I don’t want anyone else to get sick! 😢 what did I eat? And I hope my body recovers. Never again! I also had spring rolls. The lady who took my order was so nice.

We were coming down to Greenville from NC to go to Costco, and wanted to spend a day there since it's a couple hours away. My friend who lives in Greenville recommended this place to me when I told her I wanted good Chinese takeout. This was our first stop in Greenville. They have a lunch special and I got chicken with broccoli with white rice, and it was $7.75, which is an amazing price for food. The chicken with broccoli was really good and had a nice dark sauce, which I love with chicken and broccoli! The white rice was your standard white rice. They don't have any fountain drinks, just bottled drinks in a cooler, so we got some bottled drinks too, which drove the price up. We ate inside and were served with the styrofoam containers. The food was amazing, the prices were great, and the people were super nice. Very clean and comfortable on the inside of the restaurant. I definitely would recommend...
