Went there for breakfast today and my omelette tasted good but seemed raw (that the egg was not cooked inside) Hannah came by and I said hey this isn’t cooked in the middle. She said it is,it is just the way they cook it. She then went through the process of the they mix everything together and then they cook it fast, crisp on one side and flip it so it’s fluffy inside. I said, I don’t want to be sick and she assured me it was completely normal and that it was cooked. I once again said Ok your assuring me that I won’t be sick. She laughed and said yes ma’am. So I ate it as I was starving. I gave some to my friend because I could not eat it all. When she was done with her meal she took a bite and said yeah that’s raw. I’m like great I already ate it. One hour later I start not feeling well and get blowout diarrhea. I’m not happy as I have things to do! I call the restaurant to let them know The server was Hannah, check #107 table #408, 9;41am I talk to Jorge and I go over what happened he pauses asks me where I was seated and I tell him and he said hold on a second, 10 minutes later he picks up the phone and says oh your still there…. What? Then he says that he needs to get my information, asks me my name email and phone #. Then he asks me what the girl looked like? I told him already the section she was in and she was the only one in the section. Here I thought he Had already spoken to her….. then I tell him her name table # , as I have the receipt. Then he proceeds to tell me it’s not that I don’t believe you, but there’s nothing I can do for you, I don’t know what you ate before you got here or if it was related to what you ate here. I advised I ate nothing! Wow, then he proceeds to tell if I ever have a problem there again I should always ask for a manager. There was no apology, no mention of a retrain for Hannah. I wasn’t asking for anything to begin with, I was calling to let them know of a problem, so this does not happen to anyone else. That’s the problem with people today everyone thinks you want something. I just want the problem corrected. I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled! Jorge, needs a...
Read moreI visit this location every week. I bring my family. Today is Thursday 11th, I decided to bring my family out after visiting my Grandmother that's fighting Cancer. My family and I normally receive amazing service. Tonight was the worst night my family and I experienced at this location. If you look at my account I spend about $90 to $150 every week. Tip every server the highest tip on the check. Very upset with the service. The server didn't know what a Irish coffee was. I explained what it was. She thought it was just flavored coffee. I also order a Garden salad almost all the time. My Father, brother and I don't eat meat. So we normally get the same thing. The server leaned down on the table and stated that the Chef had a problem with us getting a Garden salad. I asked what salad did you guys want us to order. The salads the server showed on the menu were things we didn't eat. So normally when we say Garden salad that makes it easier for them. Again never have been told this before. The server starts that the salads he referenced were two dollars more. I stated that's fine, ring it in the proper way. At this point my family felt racially profiled regarding what we ordered. I asked for the manager. I told the manager to ring the salad in the proper way. She stated that this time was fine. I asked her please to ring it in because my family felt belittled. After time I will not be bringing my family or friends again. I didn't like how that felt. No one deserves to be treated that way. Again I love the restaurant and cleanliness of the place. One of the reasons I bring them here. I run multiple restaurants in the area. Hopefully you guys fix...
Read moreUpdate 8/16/25: Today was our last visit. They charged my friend $3 to add cheese to her eggs. THREE DOLLARS. Then they added another $1.50 for putting cheese in her grits. She just wanted cheese grits and bacon, but they said you can no longer order those a large carte, so she has to do the egg breakfast. I added my potatoes to her breakfast plate, but then they came half cooked. Like half the plate had way undercooked potato slices to the point I couldn't eat them. The server was precious and took off the potatoes but man. This place is way overcharging for mediocre (at best) food. Really sad since I've been eating here most of my life.
Very crowded but since we'd called ahead we we're seated in a reasonable amount of time. Food was all fine. Waitress was nice. My big problem I had was that I ordered Greek yogurt for my kids to use to dip their quesadillas in instead of sour cream. They brought it and my kid kept saying it tasted like ice cream and trying to eat it with a fork. I tasted it and it sure enough was incredibly sweet. I asked about it and she said it was a pre-sweetened, sugar-loaded yogurt. I told her my kids do not do well eating a lot of sugar not to mention dipping a quesadilla in that would be nasty. Sure enough, later on my youngest got sick from having too much sugar. Good thing he isn't diabetic or that could have been a serious health issue! It seems like a little thing until you're the one with a sick kid because people don't inform you about when they give you something that isn't exactly what...
