I purchased a dress online from this boutique. After I received an email asking me to call them to pay for additional shipping cost. I did not see this email for over a week due to it going to my spam folder. During this time, they held my package from being shipped with zero attempt to contact me by phone (which was provided on my order) or another email. Stopped into Votre this weekend for the first time since they opened the new location. I always loved shopping here, but this time I was not as impressed. The racks were very overloaded, which made it difficult to look around. In the past Votre has always been tidy and aesthetically pleasing to shop at. There seems to be a lot of winter or last season things still out, which took away from the spring shopping experience. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here due to their return policy, which is 1) absolutely no returns in the traditional sense of the word (with credit back to the card used to purchase) and 2) only offering store credit or an exchange if you bring the item back within 7 days with original receipt and tag.
