Do not go there for vehicle repairs or you’ll be sorry!
In March of 2024 my daughter brought her 2022 Corolla there for rear brakes. They changed the pads and rotors to the tune of almost $600! In February of 2025 the rear brakes were making noise, so my daughter took her car back there to check it out. They told her the rear brakes had worn down to 2mm on the driver’s side and 0mm on the passenger side and they replaced them again, for ANOTHER $600!!
When I called to complain about having to spend another $600 to replace essentially brand-new brakes the service manager told me that the passenger side caliper was sticking and needed to be replaced and that’s why the brakes were completely worn out (on BOTH sides no less). However, the technician never said that the caliper needed to be replaced. In fact, he told her that it would need to be replaced some time in the future, but that it was fine for now. He even indicated this on his inspection report. So, the service manager telling me the caliper is the reason the brakes need to be replaced for the second time is a LIE.
He said they could put another caliper on, but the quote he gave me was for $458! For one caliper! Mind you, you can buy a quality caliper from the auto parts store for $90 and that includes a $55, fully refundable core charge. Their labor rate is a whopping $180/hour by the way! He then said that you really shouldn’t change just one caliper and given the circumstances he would replace them both, but only charge us for one. So, his remedy to us having to pay $600 for a second time is to have us spend another $458. Unbelievable.
I told him that I am not willing to pay an additional $458 and asked if they could take money off the bill we just paid since the brakes shouldn’t have needed to be changed in the first place and he had the audacity to tell me that they already gave us $75 off for having spent over $500. Really?!? I think he may have missed the point here since we shouldn’t have had to spend the money in the first place!
And to add insult to injury, the service rep upsold my daughter while she was there getting ripped her off on the brakes by charging her $100 to change an air filter and a cabin filter!
So, if you have money to burn, money to throw in the garbage and don’t mind lousy service, dishonest service managers and getting ripped off, go ahead and bring your car there for service. Hayden, this young man allow me to change my mind several times and was not at all bothered. He told me to take my time and make sure I got what I wanted. Kept the buying experience easy and fun. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca, she helped get me into this truck and I never felt like it was a stand off. She has that "IT" factor. She made me feel like I was at home, cared about how I was doing and made sure all was well throughout my time in the dealership. Then, finally the financial lady, you know the feeling. Most times when you buy a car or truck, all is well until you get into the financial office and then you get the bad news of this, that and the other. However, for the first time in my career of buying cars and trucks, Kayla made this part of the process most pleasant. Her kind spirit and her ability to take time to listen and then make sure I understood all the details was second to none. I did not have everything she needed and yet she knew her job so well and was so nice, she told me what I needed and to come back at 10am. I was there at 10am sharp and she was there and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I know this is a long review, but when you get customer service at a car dealership that is amazing from the moment you step on the lot, until you signed the last piece of paper and you go away feeling like buying another car just so you can visit again, you have to tell the world. Read moreLet me start off by saying we were not quite ready to buy a car. We had just paid our other vehicle off, and we were still saving to purchase another car, but due to unforseen circumstances, we found ourselves here.
We had been looking around for several weeks and finally came across 4 that we were looking at. Two silver, one grey, and one black. They all were 2024 and had extremely low mileage, which is what we wanted. We had pretty much written off the black one just because it is so hard to keep clean. Well, we decided that we would go early on a Saturday morning to look at the grey and silver.
I looked online and also called, spoke with the most precious gentleman, Sam Aoun, and was informed that the cars had sold and all that was left was the black one. I dismissed it at first, saying we would continue to look around.
Finally, after realizing that what we wanted in a car (Camry) was hard to come by, I called back about the black car. I ended up speaking with a gentleman named Harris and placed a deposit on the black car so it could be held until the following morning.
We showed up at 9:30, and Sam had the keys ready for us when we walked in and just told us to go, enjoy the test drive. There was no hovering, pressuring, or pushiness. He was so awesome and one of the most genuine people and car salesmen I have ever encountered. He offered us food and beverages the whole time we were there and just really wanted to connect with us.
The whole process was so smooth. Lengthy, but smooth. Everyone there just seemed to really care and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.
I'm not sure how many more cars are in my future, but I am a Camry girl, and my next one will be coming from here, as long as the inventory allows.
