Burger King — Restaurant in Greenville

It’s 10:23pm I pulled up at 10:10pm & nobody came across the speaker so I pulled to the window, I see ppl in the inside… I blowed the horn they wouldn’t even look my way… then finally a woman comes to the window & asked if I had cash & I said yes.. she took my order… this isn’t the first time this has happened… these ppl that scheduled to work til close actually stops taking the orders way before 11:00pm it’s really a shame the way they are running these restaurants down to the floor..

5/27/2025 It’s currently 9:30am & I come in to pick up & order I’m standing at the counter 5 minutes while standing there I see this slim black lady running drive thru taking & fixing orders! Running orders out to the cars while the other workers standing around in the back talking which was a big black old lady with short brown hair dye hair & another big black old lady with dred locs so i finally said hey can i get some help i was picking up a door dash in which i seen the door dash order sitting there the lady running drive thru said ill be there in a minute i said no ma’am i see you working hard im talking to the people in the back the short haired lady came to the front didn’t say anything to me so i spoke up & said is that the door dash for Eric? She said i don’t know so i said can you check and see she said im about too! I know the customer food was cold! So i turned to the lady running drive thru & i said ima pray for you i know it’s hard trying to work with these two childish ass old ladies! Y’all the two big black old ladies was in there bullying the other lady her spirit was so disturbed that it bothered me so bad… I can’t stand...

I have never been so mad in my life!!! I usually go to Burger King on Laurens Road often. When going there today the sweet cashier Connie who is always there. Her and I where taking about the lose of Officer Jacobs. The manager Barbara over heard us with out us saying anything to her she let me know real quick "The cop got what he deserved, messing with these kids for no reason." I flipped out I couldn't believe what I had heard. So I left the store. I called up to Burger King to make sure Connie was okay. When I left she was so upset. But she had been fired for talking to me. I have called the corporate office to make an complaint. They could not believe what she had said. They have lost my business and please share this so no one will ever go...

Placed my order in drive through at 8:14. A total of 5 cars were ahead of me 2 of the cars drove off. The car in front of me ( I am second in line at this point). Took an additional 10 minutes to get their food which looked to be a kids meal. I make it to the window at 9:04, only to sit and wait even longer to get my food. Finally get my food and pulled forward, the order was wrong. Spent over 1 hour in drive through with 3 kids in the back asking when were they going to eat. Saw staff just walking around, putting food in bags, and then pulling it back out and repeating this several times. I've worked fast food, and that crew was in the weeds and no one guiding them. Would not recommend...
