I love the cakes there. Heidi is the only thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. My sister and I received our free birthday cake and purchased three more cakes. We were told that if we purchased four and a bag that we would get a free cake. We left with only four cakes,meaning we did not actually get our free birthday cake. We actually thought about if after we were already gone. I called back and spoke with Heidi and she cut me off mid sentence. I let her speak without interrupting her. As I proceeded to explain to her she cut me off again. I just told her that she was being rude and thanked her anyway and she said "okay" and ended the call. After speaking with my sister again we both decided to call and again, she kept cutting us off so my sister let her finish and asked her to please not interrupt her. She listened this time but was still very rude and spoke quickly and harshly. We finally got a solution. We both got store credits,which she told us that it would be only one cake. We had to explain to her that there were TWO birthdays( we had previously showed Leah our identification while in the store).We will continue to go there being that she is not the owner. This is a great place and I just hope that she doesn't ruin it with that...

The order was placed directly through Nothing Bundt Cake website. Unfortunately the person I was purchasing the cake for was not going to be home during time of selected delivery. I called this nothing Bundt cake location to request a delayed delivery. The incompetent person I spoke tried to blame me that the delivery was through Uber eats and not them. NO WHERE IN THEIR WEBSITE AND DURING CHECKOUT STATED THAT DELIVERY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER THIRD PARTY AND IF YOU NEEDED TO CHANGE DELIVERY YOU COULD NOT DO SO. I called the store again and the lady said they can cancel the order BUT I WOULD GET ONLY A PARTIAL STORE CREDIT and not the delivery fee which I paid an extra $20+. This store is absolutely misleading and provides no communication. They said they would give me a store credit and I have YET TO RECEIVE ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY STORE CREDIT. Read moreOn Thursday, March 7, 2024, around 2:50 pm, I had an awful experience at this location. While waiting in line, a lady was being served by the cashier. As I waited I was on FaceTime, speaking quietly, showing a friend the different cake flavors available. Heidi, the manager, seemed very aggravated and asked in a loud tone, "Can I help you?" It wasn't pleasant; it felt more like questioning why I came into their establishment. I told her what I wanted and she placed it in a bag and placed it on the counter . After stating my order, her demeanor remained unpleasant with a very smirk on across her face. She instructed me to move up in line with another customer who was using a walker and still in front of me. I explained that I had to wait for the customer in front to move first. She then walked away. I decided to abandon my purchase. As I left, she told me to have a good day with a smile, as if she had accomplished something positive.
