Perfect example of, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” I have seen this store for yeaaaarrsss and never bothered to go inside. I assumed it was like rainbow or fast fashion but boy I was wrong.
My boyfriend and I were looking from a suit to grab for an upcoming formal wedding. He didn’t have a suit, had no idea what size he needed and we went in blind. This store was highly recommended to us by a friend and now I see why.
We walked in to so many options. It was incredible. Every color suit/blazer you can imagine was there. Some limited in sizes of course but it was wonderful. They also had suits for every budget which was nice. We were worried about how much it would cost and if we could even find a suit easily because he’s a bigger guy.
This place is a one stop shop. They have suits, shirts, ties/bow ties, accessories. Everything!!! The staff was incredibly helpful.
The best part?? They have an in store tailor!! Yes, you get your suit, try it on and the tailor perfects it for you. If you are just buying and don’t need it tailored- they’ll press it so it’s ready for your event. The tailor was also so comfortable to work with. It ended up being about $50 to shorten sleeves, take in the jacket and move some buttons and $40 to taper and fix the pants. I thought that was incredibly reasonable for the convenience and to have the suit fit perfectly.
We paid a total of $308 for a nice Kenneth Cole suit, 2 belts, tailoring and bow tie/socks. I saw plenty of other suits on clearance and lower cost. We just wanted something a little nicer since this was his first suit he has ever owned. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back if we ever need a suit or anything tailored.
Hopefully when I pick up the suit in a couple weeks, it’ll be perfect. I’ll...

If you're in the market for mismatched formalwear and shattered weekend plans, look no further—this place is the Gucci of disappointment. I bought two suits here. Not one. Two. Because, apparently, I enjoy gambling with fate and waistlines.
One suit was for my nephew’s wedding—joyous, celebratory, family-filled. The other? My Mother’s funeral—somber, respectful, important. Two very different events. Two very important outfits. One critical detail: I needed the right pants with each suit. But alas, somewhere between the “expert alterations” and the “meticulous attention to detail” they brag about, my trousers had an identity crisis. Imagine opening your garment bag the morning of a wedding only to discover the pants didn’t match and were from a suit 8 pants sizes larger! Delightful!
So instead of showing up as the supportive, well-dressed uncle and son, I rolled into two life-defining events looking like I got dressed in the dark at a Goodwill fire sale. Nothing says "I respect the gravity of this moment" quite like wearing mismatched attire.
When I called to explain the situation, I was met with a nonchalant indifference mainly concerned about how soon I could return the incorrect pants. It seems the other customer with incorrect pants, the wearer of a 52L suit, was in the store looking for his pants…the ones I was in possession of. Guess the BIG GUY wasn’t happy…go figure!
So, thank you, K&G Fashion Superstore, for making sure that when my family looks back on this weekend, they’ll remember the love, the loss—and me, looking like a fashion-forward circus clown intern.
Would recommend them if you're into chaos, disappointment, and confusing strangers at formal events. Otherwise? Triple check your stuff before you leave the store...leave...
Read moreIn my 22 years, I have never experienced treatment like this from a store. What happened tonight raises serious concerns about how this location is being managed, and I’m confident corporate—and possibly consumer protection agencies—would want to be made aware.
We were shopping around 7:00 PM when the closing announcement was made. We immediately grabbed our final selections and approached the register at 7:02 PM—well before closing time. The cashier looked at my boyfriend and, with an unprofessional eye-roll, said: “I’m sorry, we’ll have to put these items on hold 🙄, and you’ll have to come back tomorrow.”
Refusing to process a sale while customers are already at the register—prior to posted closing hours—is not only poor customer service, but it may also violate corporate policies and consumer rights. Even more concerning, the store manager was present and allowed this to happen without intervening, which reflects directly on the leadership and training at this location.
I will not be returning, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate headquarters, the Better Business Bureau, and—if necessary—the state’s consumer protection division. I will also be noting this incident as a potential “denial of service” in violation of company policy and state retail compliance guidelines, which could trigger an internal investigation. This type of treatment toward paying customers is unacceptable, and I will ensure it is documented with the...
