I was in there for the first time in years, they ask you can they help you as soon as you walk through the door. But the worst part was when I did go looking for assistance. A later was in a aisle counting something, and I asked hello, she didn’t even answer me, and so I continued to stand there unsure if she saw me or not so I said hello again , and she said: yeah just a minute I’m counting😒 I could not believe that this was the same person just previously in the very next aisle talking to another customer for at least 5 minutes about some favors she had created at her house !! You see THIS IS WHY , or HOW we are still continuing to FEEL and BELIEVE, that INDIFFERENCES still exist. Yes, I am Black/ Brown and they were not. So very sad , but you know what they ALWAYS say about the South, in particular here.. in SOUTH CAROLINA, past and present. But we are dumb as hell because, YES , I still patronized just because I needed that cheap stuff but honey.. NEVER AGAIN, and yes I will continue to tell MY STORY. Also after I posted this OTHERS said the same thing. And Hispanic family said they did the same thing to them!!

You would think if they were taking a balloon order over the phone and charge you upfront they would get the customers contact information. I’ll admit it was my fault not getting there before close. So this morning, since I had already paid for them I went to go get my balloons although the party was last night. They said the balloons had already deflated, which is fine. But then they were not willing to process a refund or refill the balloons for me. Now I don’t have the balloons and I’m out the money. As a manager of a store myself I do not feel as if they value their customers. I hope in the future they take other customers numbers but I will not be buying...

I had stopped in to just browse because I was waiting on someone. Alice at the register was super friendly and had exceptional customer service. Having her at the register was a delightful experience. I was needing an essential oil and expected to buy it somewhere else. They had it conveniently displayed at the register. She was so nice, I bought the oil and proceeded to look around. I found all kinds of cool crafts and items that I love. I had no intention of shopping their initially.
