I used to like this location but today a lady (don’t know her name) working there made me only give this location with 1 Star. I have been having bagel with 2 pieces of butter at least 3 years at Starbucks in different cities over the United States. Today 4/7/19 at 5:05pm, when I asked her giving me butter, for my bagel, she told me that butter should cost more. I wanted to confirm what she was saying and said, “do you mean that I should pay for butter?” And she said “yes.” I was surprised because I used to confirm with a few locations where told me that butter or cream cheese for bagel won’t be changed. After having my bagel, I bought my Grade coffee. She asked, “do you need space for milk?” And I replied, “No.” Then she spent a few minutes for pouring from machine and gave me a cup of Grande size of coffee with one inch space !!!! Read moreI really hate to leave a one star review on a location where everyone has been so kind and friendly to me, but we need to talk about the blended strawberry açaí lemonade refreshers. This location cannot make it properly to save their lives. My kids keep saying it’s fine but I feel like garbage paying $6 for a drink that sucks. There’s never enough ice. The bottom half of the drink is always liquid. Last time it was blended…with NO ICE. Just frothy lemonade. You all really need a refresher course on blended refreshers because I’m tired of apologizing to the kids for your mistakes. The ice should go to the bottom of the cup.

Read moreThe partner Mason did not allow me to use cash to load my Starbucks card. I was told that the store safe and cash registers were counted for the night and no cash would be accepted. The entire floor of the dining area was wet with no wet floor sign from the other partner mopping. I arrived at the store 7:25 because I drove to another location that was said to be open via Google but was closed prior to arriving at this one. The partners did not care about anything aside from getting out. The safety of the customers was over looked by the partner for mopping the entire dining space prior to close with no wet floor sign.
