Ordered a table and chair early Nov. '24. Told we would get the table first week in Dec. Had to call and follow up in mid-Dec. Then told we would have the table before Christmas. Then told we wouldn't get the table be Christmas. They delivered the chairs. They did offer a loaner table. It was delivered but it was a counter top table. When you sit in the chair, you chin came to the top of the table. To be fair the manager did offer to bring another table. The bad think was he orginially said he confirmed that they were sending the right table. No they say, (Dec. 26) that the table won't be here by New Years. They were supposed to call back and tell me yesterday when it was going to be here. They have have no idea. I asked them why can't they just call the manufacture. They said they don't do that. So it took my just 5 mintues to call the manufacture. They said they have the order waiting on them. I called the store back and they didn't seem interested in trying to understand why the store was not calling for the order. I am not getting a refund. They can come get the chairs. I have never done an online review before. But this store and owner needs to know that the way this was handled is not okay. They don't really care to seem to want to make a sale. It would think with so many retail stores going out of business that...

The sales person had us excited to pick out color choices on a couch and loveseat, and we had specifically asked if there were price changes with customization And assured there were not. Over an hour later after choices were made and we were thrilled, we get slammed with hidden fees. He reiterated that there were no fees for choosing PILLOW OPTIONS, but tons when changing couch fabric. We really felt that he withheld this information from us in hopes of using a foot in the door technique. However, we would have been happy to purchase a customized couch at that price if he would have been upfront and honest with us. We felt that this was not an honest sales technique and were no longer comfortable putting our trust in the company. He then attempted to tell us we only needed to put half the money down on it today, as if it were about the money. For us, we want to have a company we take pride in and can be loyal to, not about how much we put down on a sofa set. We drove up the street to a local furniture company and spent our money there instead that same day. It was definitely a waste of our time at kittles, and we don't plan on stepping foot in the Greenwood...

We were immediately greeted bv Chris and she did an amazing job listening to our needs. We found 3 sets we liked and we took our time to hear all the details on each. We found a set we loved by Daniels Amish Company. We were so impressed with Chris's knowledge and the customization is exactly what we were looking for.
We got to change the color, select different hardware, and Chris went through each part of what to look for from the build quality, making the perfect match for our home with our current color palletes and going forward how this set will match perfectly.
As Chris walked us through the purchase, we spent more than anticipating but she kept informing us on how how the quality will outlast our expectations and showed us how they build each part from the bed frame, drawers on dresser, and every component.
We felt very confident with this purchase and will be back to add more furniture from Kittles and work directly with Chris. She made our trip fun, informative, cost effective, and we got exactly what we were looking for in a new bed set....
