My husband and I recently purchased a mattress from Long’s Mattress, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal, thanks in large part to Brandon and the incredible delivery team.

Before visiting Long’s, we stopped at Mattress Firm, and honestly, that experience was terrible. We felt like nothing more than dollar signs walking through the door—pushy sales tactics and an overall impersonal vibe. It was the complete opposite at Long’s Mattress.

As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect mattress. He listened to our needs, answered all our questions, and provided genuine advice without ever making us feel pressured. At the time, my husband and I were the only customers in the store, which made the experience even more personal, almost like a private one-on-one consultation.

The delivery drivers were just as wonderful, offering prompt, friendly service that made the whole process seamless. From start to finish, we were treated with care and respect, and it’s clear this locally owned business values its customers deeply.

Our salesman, Dennis, was very informative of everything on the entire sales floor. He advised us of the mattresses that would work best with what our needs and wants were and the ones that we should steer clear of. He was NOT one of those "pushy, gotta close the sale with the most expensive things so they can have a huge commission check" kinda salesman! He was very polite, kind, caring, and you could tell he loved his career and loved to get people in the perfect bed for each individual customer. He would let us take control of what felt best to us and he would give us his professional opinion of it then let us decide what we wanted. I was so impressed by him! This business said we had to purchase a bed cover (from them) for $100 for the warranty to be in effect. The bed collapsed after two years and we were rolling toward the middle. By far the worst bed we have ever owned and most expensive. They came to our house to pick up the mattress for repair and a small sliver at the top of the mattress was not covered with the mattress pad and you could see age on it.
