Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Indianapolis

My son and I just stopped at Jack In The Box, for the 1st time ever! We LOVED it! He ordered a Quad Bacon Cheeseburger meal (with regular fries and a vanilla/cherry coke). I ordered a Sourdough Bacon Cheeseburger with a (free bc website offers text coupons) medium fry (I got curly, so we could try both). Then we got a medium Oreo Thick Milkshake and Churros.

The bread on both our sandwiches were great, neither was dry or hard.

The meat was fresh, juicy, and flavorful.

The combination of different cheeses on his Quad was absolutely DELICIOUS!

I think mine needed a 2nd party to combat the amount of Sourdough bread, but the taste of the provolone cheese, combined with mayo and tomato, was just.... Mmmmm!

I just had 22 (all) of my teeth removed a little over 2 weeks ago, so eating ANYTHING is a battle. So, my point is... with the fresh, juicy meat, soft tomato, and fresh/soft bread, I was able to eat my sandwich.

The curly fries were fresh as well, but crunchier than Arby's. The regular fries were fresh also, and had a bit of a crispy exterior, but they were soft and I could eat them. Yay!

Now, the shake and churros. OHHH, MY GOODNESS!

I normally stay away from milk, especially shakes, bc my stomach does not like them. If I'm not a fee blocks from home, I'm looking for a clean bathroom, in a HURRY!

NOT THIS TIME!!! I shared it with my son. We (for the 1st time) dunked our regular fries in the shake.... I have to say... I was pleasantly surprised! It actually WAS yummo!

The churros were the o ly thing I thought may not have been the freshest. I'm not sure if they make them ahead of time or what, but I had to dip them in the shake in order to soften the outside enough to eat them. However, that was foody HEAVEN!!!

Overall, we think this is our definite spot for a burger and fry craving, when we come to Greenwood...

If I could rate this location any lower I would. I never ate at this place before so I thought I would try it out. After waiting for about 5 min with not one employee offering to help I spoke up like hello. Still no reaction so a lot louder I holler can I get some help plz. One employee looked at me and about a min later another come to help. They took the order. Gave me a number and said they would bring it out. Went to fill the drink cup and almost all of the drinks weren't available. They then call out the number for me to come pick up the food. I was confused. I get handed a number and get told they would bring it out so when I went to the counter I asked why was I told you would bring it out and didnt. I then got scolded by the employee her hand went up in the air and she got loud.🤬 She was telling me how all the employees in the back were stressed out and she was just trying to keep everyone happy. 🤯 I knew it was a lost cause to say anything else. 😟 Before i left the counter i told her that there was an egg roll missing. She said oh yes there is and that shed bring it out in a minute 😳 Before I received my missing egg roll she took another guest their food. ( There were a total of 3 couples in the restaurant) she then brings the egg roll. Really the only thing that was worth eating 🌯 my boyfriend goes up to the counter to let them know that we are also missing 2 tacos. The lady argues with him and says you got your two tacos🌮🌮 he said but we ordered 4. She said no you did. He proved to her by showing her the receipt. Needless to say dont ever go to this Jack in the Box restaurant on US31 in Greenwood. It was my worst dining experience in my life. Don't waste your time! My son and I had never had Jack in the Box so we decided that we would try it but it was a Disaster right off the start! When I pulled up the the drive thru order board to place my order I had to repeat myself several times to get my order placed then when I got to the window it really went down hill from there. At first I had to repeat my drink order three times to the lady at the window and she still got it wrong and it was only three drinks 2 large Coke's no ice and one medium diet Coke but I didn't know it was wrong until after she handed me the food I had ordered and drove off. I asked my wife to check the order and that was when we discovered that one of the two fries that we ordered was cold and that one of the drinks was wrong and then my sandwich was wrong I had ordered a double cheese burger and it had two pieces of cheese but only one burger patty. So I circled the building and went right back into the drive thru and told them the problem and when I told the lady at the window that this was the kind of thing that would make a first time customer not want to come back she looked at me and said if I didn't work here I would never eat here. Needless to say after I drove off I finally got why it was because the food was really lacking. Best way to describe it would be if you always shop at say Target and one day you decide that since you are in a different town you will shop at Big Lots and the Big Lots is really dirty and you realize that most of the items that were there were once in other stores before they were there you might be completely disappointed.
