Not Just Gamin' — Local services in Greer

This is the best game/hobby store I have ever been to, and I’ve been to a LOT. My dad is an OG nerd and has been taking my family to stores like this since I was a child. I’m from Chicago and I also travel frequently, so I’ve been to a ton of them. Not Just Gamin’ outshines them all. The interior is the perfect combination of nerdy, boho, rustic, and elegant, the customer service is superb, and the prices and stock are just above and beyond my expectations for a gaming/hobby store of any kind. I live down here for college and started visiting NJG in May. My boyfriend and I frequently visit to play MTG Commander and Pioneer, and every-time we visit the snack and drink stock is just so niche and perfect, which improves the already excellent atmosphere of playing there. All of my pack pulls have been amazing from here as well! To date, I have pulled: Ragavan: Nimble Pilferer, Elesh Norn: Mother of Machines (borderless foil), Orcish Bowmasters, and even an insane Sword of Feast and Famine list pull! I personally think the magic wand they bless all your packs with is a crazy good luck charm. With that being said, the prices are super low as well. They’re so low I think they should charge more, but that’s just me personally. I also want to say that the discord channel they have is excellent in every aspect: everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and especially helpful! Anytime I’ve had a question, I always get a knowledgeable answer from 2-3 others in a span of minutes. NJG is a GEM in downtown Greer, and a serious gem of all gaming stores ever. I adore this place and hope to continue coming for as long as possible. When my family flew down to visit me at college, this was the place I just had to show them! All three of my brothers also play MTG and have other nerdy hobbies, and all of them agreed that this was definitely the best game store they’d ever been to. It’s quite literally perfect. I am extremely frustrated by an incident that occurred today at your store. I purchased a minifigure that was priced at $4.99 but was incorrectly rung up as $14.99. The store acknowledged their error, which, based on their email, seems to be a common problem. However, their proposed solution—that I physically return the item—is deeply unhelpful and costly for me. With two young children, navigating a 102°F heatwave to return a single item is an undue burden. On top of that, the $10 I would spend on gas to make this trip means I would effectively be paying for your store's mistake.

It's a matter of principle: when a store makes a pricing error, they should honor the price displayed. This situation feels like I am being penalized for your operational oversight. I work hard for my money and choose where I shop carefully. If this is the standard of customer service and pricing accuracy I can expect, I will be finding a different retailer for my future purchases.

Amazing Shop, If your in to Tabletop games, Board games, Trading cards, Miniatures, Collectables, Hobby Stuff, Comic Books, they have Gaming tables, in Gaming rooms, They even sell snacks and refreshments while you play TCG or just hanging out, the shop as a great atmosphere. And if your a Newbie they even have classes to teach you. There Staff is Exceptional! They go out of there way to help there customers. Looking for something and they don't have it? The owner will try his best to order/locate it for you. Again, the staff is devoted to helping you. If your Local, or visiting Greenville/Greer you need to check Not Just Gamin' out.
