Well, well, well, ladies and gentlemen! We've got a wild one for you today! I recently had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into some piping hot slices of heaven at Wild Ace Pizza in Greer, South Carolina. And let me tell you, folks, it was an experience that met my fatherly needs in true dad fashion!!

First things first, the atmosphere at Wild Ace is like stepping into your neighbor's garage, where all the cool kids hang out. The walls are adorned with a mishmash of sports memorabilia, giving it a real man cave vibe. It's the perfect place to kick back, grab a cold one, and enjoy some delicious pizza.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the pizza itself! Wild Ace really knows how to deliver the goods. Their crust is thick and hearty, just like a true man's appetite. It's got that perfect balance of chewiness and crispness that makes every bite a true delight. And the toppings? Oh boy! They don't skimp on those, let me tell you. From the classic pepperoni to the more adventurous options like buffalo chicken, they've got something to please every palate.

But wait, there's more! Wild Ace also offers a variety of appetizers that'll make your taste buds do a victory dance. The mozzarella sticks are crispy on the outside and oozing with cheesy goodness on the inside. And the wings? They're so finger-licking good, you'll be reaching for the nearest handkerchief wipe off the sauce!

Now, I know what you're thinking – "dad, what about the drinks?" Well, fear not, my friends! Wild Ace has got you covered. They've got a great selection of ice-cold beers on tap, perfect for washing down all that deliciousness. And for those who prefer something non-alcoholic, they've got a wide array of sodas and sweet teas to quench your thirst.

But let's not forget about the incredible staff at Wild Ace. These folks are the real MVPs. They're friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any tool-related emergencies. They truly know how to make you feel like part of the family.

In conclusion, Wild Ace Pizza in Greer, South Carolina, is a true gem. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pizza is top-notch, the appetizers are finger-licking good, and the drinks are ice-cold perfection. And let's not forget about the incredible staff who make you feel right at home. So, grab your tool belt, head on over to Wild Ace, and get ready for a wild ride of flavor! It's a pizza joint that would make even your dad laugh...

I'm disappointed. This place used to be great & I was happy to have somewhere with good gluten free food. The past few times we've been there, the service has been hit or miss, but the food was still good, so we dealt with it. Tonight, we ordered take out. 2 sandwiches (one gf), both with tots. When my fiance went in to pick up the food, he was shocked to see that the restaurant is not practicing safe social distancing. He was even mocked by another patron for asking for space, even though the guy was coughing. I'm not saying that Wild Ace has control over their guests, but if they would mark out 6' spaces on the floor, people would know what's expected of them.

Anyway, we got the food home & I'm sorry to say it just wasn't good. There was barely any toppings on my sandwich (I've ordered this sandwich before) & the gf crust was like cardboard. It's usually crisp & a little buttery, today I'm sure it was microwaved. My fiance said his sandwich was just "OK". The tots did not taste clean. I've been previously told that the potato products (fries, tots, & chips) were done in their own frier. We both found pieces of chicken tenders in our tots & now I'm worried about getting sick from gluten cross-contamination.

Overall, I'm wishing I had just thrown together something easy for dinner. I was exhausted from working all day & my fiance was trying to do something nice for me. But with more gf options coming to Greer, I don't think we'll be coming back. And I'll stop recommending it...

I bought a $60 e-gift card to this place and took my aunt there when I visited several weeks ago. We had half Hawaiian, half meat-lovers and it was tasty. The staff are unaware of their e-gift card app, as they kept asking for a bar code or a gift card number. The original receipt had no bar code or full number, just the last four. There was also a payment ID number and various other identifiers. My aunt went back with a friend to use the remainder of the card and was armed with the receipt in her email (all we ever got). My aunt may not be tech-savvy so she called me for help. They asked for the full gift-card number, which I never received even when I bought it. The lady at Wild Ace said that she was the person who approved the use of it the first time but never saw the gift card. It was as if they “gave us use of it the first time and thought we were scamming them now.” When I finally told the lady I wasn’t given the full gift card or any bar code, but told her the last four numbers and said our previous waiter was able to locate it in their system, she relented. Don’t offer e-gift cards by email/text if you are unaware of how to process them. She had mentioned that she “didn’t know if my 72-year-old auntie had been in the day before and used the card.” There’s an admin side to the (Toast) online payment system, so please understand how it works before insinuating people are trying to scam you. Laughable. Not sure I will be back, even though the pizza is good....

I would give this zero stars if possible. We have had brunch in the past and it was really good. The chicken and waffles were served with a cinnamon butter and they were yummy. I took my grandchildren this past Sunday and I am not sure what happened but it was disgusting. The waffle was some type of heat and serve, eggo type waffle. They brought it out and the top was cold and the bottom was mushy from sitting on a plate. Maybe they microwaved it without a napkin. (?) I asked for a new waffle and they took the same waffle and reheated it. Then the top was burned but the bottom was still mushy. I asked for a new waffle and it was cold again. The "cook", and I use that term loosely, should visit waffle house and learn to cook waffles. The chicken strips were burned and dry. It was obvious they were precooked and refried to heat them since the inside was cold. Hubby had the omelet and my granddaughter had the eggs benedict. They all looked and tasted like some type of frozen meal. I suggest that this restaurant sticks to pizza - it is not great, but at least it is edible.

I want to give this place 4.5 stars but lately a lot of inconsistencies and memorable mistakes. We keep giving trying though and usually what we recieve keeps us coming back to give this place more chances. We used to order here often. Weekly. But had to take a break when our food was incorrectly made multiple times. Delicious, HUGE calzones (when baked correctly and not doughy) and pasta (although they usually mess up the protein). Pizza is pretty good as well and I'm a fan of their ranch but I was beyond disappointed in the dessert, specifically the pistachio cake. Ordered dessert for the first time recently and was given the tiniest slice (about an inch thick at the widest point). For 6 dollars it is beyond a ripoff. Maybe someone got hungry and ate the other half? Probably will never order dessert here again. Usually plenty of parking. They are busy around dinner time and I know lately they have been short staffed so keep that in mind.
