We placed a call about our All In One machine not functioning properly. They told us that they would dispatch a tech out to us. I expected to be waiting a few days since it was Friday morning when I called. We had a tech out by 3:30 same day, his name was Brad Armstrong, and he was very efficient. He found the problem to be a sensor and rather than just cleaning the sensor, he cleaned the sensor and several parts that could potentially effect the sensor. Great job Brad!
