I went to Subway hoping for a decent tuna sub, but what I got was an absolute disaster. The tuna was drowning in watery juice, soaking through the bread and turning the whole sandwich into a soggy mess. The olives and pickles were just as bad dripping wet, with no care taken to drain anything. It was honestly disgusting. On top of that, the staff moved incredibly slow, like they had all the time in the world, even with a line forming. What made it worse was how they asked if I wanted extra of every single ingredient extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra pickles it got irritating fast. Just let me tell you what I want instead of dragging it out with questions I didn’t ask for. Hygiene was also a joke; one of the workers was literally eating behind the counter, and they were handling food with the same gloves they used to touch the register. They didn’t even ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted just skipped it like it didn’t matter. And when they opened up the bread, they were pressing their fingers right into it, which completely killed my appetite. It was careless, messy, and downright gross. Read moreThis has to be the most pleasant Subway experience I’ve had in a while. Super clean and I cannot express adequately enough how awesome the employees were. Super friendly and accommodating. A little girl (5 (y/o ish) wanted to order her own and the employee was so sweet and attentive. Doing just as the little girl asked. ( 2 pieces of spinach, a couple of pickles, a little bit of onions). And when a few ppl came in at once, the gentleman I’m assuming is the owner, jumped up from his computer, washed his hands and jumped in to help. The food itself just added to the great experience. I received a steak on wheat plain. Nothing on it and minus extra meat. I called back to the store and give them my order #. The lady called back my order back to me correctly . She then said its corperate policy is that I had to bring the sandwich back then and they would remake the sandwich. I explained I was on a 30 min lunch break and I could not come back.
