T-Mobile — Local services in Grimes

I can’t say enough good things. My fiancé and I went in for my birthday, we had been seeing the tmobil commercials for the new iPhones and the deals and we were super eager to switch phone plans and get some nice phones! We started at the Altoona location, but they were closed. We showed up in grimes with roughly 45 minute to closing. We have never had phones like this or through a company like this so we had no idea the process really takes a while. We walked in and met Jennifer! She was amazing. Walked us through all the best deals down to the exact penny we would spend every month. She hooked us up with their new 5g WiFi for only 30 more dollars, so they cut one of our previous bills almost in half. She was patient, kind and caring. We’ve never had iPhones so we had no idea how anything worked and she went above and beyond to help. She stayed later past her shift, only for a few minutes we insisted we’d just come back tomorrow. And we did, we showed up the next day and she was ready to finish helping. Did it take a while? Yes, because she transferred everything from our old phones and sat us down to show us how to use these new phones.
