I really used to enjoy coming here. The first time I came I had explained I’m a mom to 3 young children and the woman i spoke to assured me curbside would always be an option for me since my kids come everywhere with me pretty much. I pick up once, maybe twice a month. When I picked up my second most recent time I noticed curbside wasn’t available when making my order online, there were never any times available. So I selected store pick up and in the comments I wrote curbside pick up. I went to go pick up and I called and called and no one answered. I called 5 separate times in a matter of 3 hours and no one picked up. So I went back the following day and the man I spoke to said curbside is still be offered and that if they don’t pick up to keep calling until they do because they’re just busy. The most recent time I picked up the same thing happened, and I called maybe 2x in a row, and someone picked up. Super annoyed. I told him I was picking up. “What’s your reason for needing curbside because we’re going away with it” I have my children with me “How old is the child” 5,3, and 1 I can’t walk into a dispensary with them and I’m not leaving them in my car to go run inside when you offer curbside “I wanted to filter through who actually needs curbside and aren’t just being lazy” Well since you’re not offering curbside anymore I’m going to have to find a new dispensary “Why” Because I need curbside……? And you just said you are going away with it

$90 for a one gram distilate cartridge is pathetic. All around clown show here. Alot of Maine products make it into CT and distilate being the absolute bottom of the barrel kind of concentrate goes for $30 a gram with test results. $90 two gram buckets for organic living-soil hash rosin. $180-$200 oz's of flower that is better quality than the trash they push here and if your willing to pay it, there's even better flower to be found, still for less money than you'd spend here. I'd be embarrassed and honestly ashamed if I was connected in any way to the legal industry here in CT. This dispensary and all the others in CT are the equivalent of paying fine dining prices at a McDonalds. The mold limit is 100,000 colony-forming-units per gram (highest mold allowance in the country), which was secretly raised because all the weed was failing and still wouldn't pass the testing after remediation. (Remediation is when they blast the moldy flower with radiation or ozone in an attempt to kill off the mold spores; they hide this and wont be honest about it if you ask). Massachusetts has a limit of 10,000 cfu per gram to give you some perspective. They raised the limit because the four growers in CT don't know how to produce the increased quantity neccessary to meet the new demand that falls below the previous thresholds for mold content. Terrible experience. Preordered bud online as the website was offering a 15% discount on brand purchases. After arriving to the location for pickup I was told a completely different price; almost $20 more than expensive than my original quote. When I showed my confirmation email I was rudely told that the website was wrong and the discount didn’t apply to flower. I responded that this seemed like an in-house problem that the company was aware of and unsure how this was a problem for me, the customer, to absorb. I chose and drove to this establishment based on an agreed upon price. The employee grabbed a second employee who explained the same issue with the site - also clearly annoyed as it seemed they’d been explaining this to customers all day - who then quickly walked into the back as I was speaking because I, too, was now annoyed. The price should have been honored and at the very least these employees should have spoke with professionalism and courtesy. I don’t care what product you’re selling. It’s still a business.
