Taco Bell — Restaurant in Groves

I was very impressed with this place and the excellent customer service that they had here. Upon entering, all of the workers were busy helping the drive-thru and cooking. But one woman, turned to greet me and acknowledge that I was there and she said she would be right there, to take my order. I was very impressed with that, because a lot of places, the cooks do not talk, smile or even acknowledge guests! Then a few seconds later, a cashier came and took my order. She was also very nice, even though they were very busy at the time. After taking my order, and we went to sit down to wait, the same lady who was preparing the food (maybe a manager or team leader of some sort) apologized for the wait time and gave us some cinnamon sticks and a blue slush treat, for my little one who was with me. Then she gave me a cup to get a drink for myself! She was very apologetic about the long wait time, but I really was not waiting all that long! It was a very great experience! I ordered at the kiosk and spent nearly 15 dollars. They did NOT have a sign or notified me of any limitations to what they hand in store only until AFTER I paid at the kios. After I made my order the cook notifies me that they don't have Doritos locos tacos but they'll make me a regular one which is cheaper but alright. Next when I go to get my order they notify me that they only have small cups (I paid for a large) and rather they would give me 2 small cups. At this point in my visit 2 things in my order that I paid for were not available at this point I'm feeling like I am giving away free money to Taco Bell. After I fill up my drink (Baja Blast) and on my way home the soda tasted like seltzer water absolutely no flavor of Baja Blast. I have to stop by the gas station to purchase an Arizona strawberry kiwi because the drinks from taco bell tasted horrible. After I get home from having to make an extra trip at the gas station my crispy taco is a mushy soft taco split on the bottom with the same thing happening to my chalupa. Im not particularly upset at the workers however management should have posted a sign atleast by the kiosk area or...

Once again this Taco Bell does not fail to disappoint. I ordered on-line with the order all detailed & customized. I ordered to pick up inside, so I could check out the order. I am sorry that they were shorthanded, & the inside was closed. I was 7 cars back. 20 minutes later, with my order 15 minutes past the time it was to be ready. I had 9 cars behind me by that point & was going to sit there to check the order. The kind lady, at the window said there wasn't any need to check order because I was currently the only on-line order, so it was good. Got home & unpacked food. The wrong food, not 1 item what we had ordered. I called back & was told they would happily remake my order, but currently there was 11 cars in-line. No way was I sitting that long. I ate the 2 items I could tolerate. My wife ate 1 item. The other 5 items hit the garbage, along with the money that I paid for my food, that I did not get. Very...
