I have shopped here many times and spend hundreds of dollars every time I go in. Last time I went I asked the cashier to check if I had any rewards, knowing last time I went they said I had $20 to use. The girl was new so she must not have known how to look it up (no biggie), but when I finally got rung out, the girl training her had to help. After she ran my card she saw the $20. I asked if she could take it off and she said no and not to worry that I could use it next time. I asked if it expires and she stated “yes in two weeks.” This was the girl who was training, the girl being trained was very apologetic. It was more the principle than the money. This boutique has tons of fabulous options to choose from, but I honestly can’t say enough about the customer service at this boutique. I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing just to see if I could find anything for an upcoming job interview (the mall had frustrated me beyond belief).
