Pro Computers — Local services in Gulfport

I took my brand New computer to this place because i step on the charger while it was in my computer and it damaged the charger output. They call me to tell me that they had to replace the power button also even though i didnt feel like that didnt damaged but i went along with what they said because i asaumed they were professionals. Then they called back to tell me the mother board got damages and that needed to be replaced but it would be too expensive. So i told them i want worry about. I rather just get a new. They told me they wouldn't charge anything because that already offered me to 2 discounts because they didn't look at it in the time frame that they said they would. After they said they weren't going to charge me. I told them that I would pick it up. They called back to say that they had to charge me for something. So they charged me 48.00 instead of thw original 150.00. Oh they told me they fixed the problem that i originally came i their for and replaced the power button. I go pay them my 48.00 get home amd realized tje power thingy wasn't in there. I called them amd they said they didn't fix it based on the other findings they had even though they told me they fixed it. So i told them i want my part anyway. Tney charged me 10.00 for. Started feeling a little suspicious so i had a computer technician. That has worked on computers and employed at Dell in Texas to look at it since he was home for Christmas. Lord and be hold i have other parts missing out my computer. Im pissed. I will be filing a complaint at the court house after New years and they will get a call...

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and service they offered. Very courteous and informative and well versed in the field... I recommend them above all "geeks" Aaron did an absolutely awesome job on my PC and it's working great!!! ...
