My family and I usually eat at this location when we take trips to Gulfport/Biloxi for Spring break. Yesterday (3/31/24) there was an employee there that was so rude we all agreed we would NEVER return to this location again. While ordering our food this employee kept speaking over me saying "Will that be all?" with an attitude before I could finish getting a word out. We received our food and realized a few of our orders were wrong. No big deal, we had a lot of orders and understood it was an accident. We let the employee know that there was a problem with our order. She said she would send someone out to speak to us. We waited almost 30 minutes and no one showed up. When we first pulled up there were only 3 cars there, including us. We watched customers come in, get their food and leave. So I pressed the call button again to remind her that no one has gotten back with us. As soon as I said "Hi." this employee screamed, "WE COMIN' TO GET THE DURN BURGERS!" and then turn the intercom off. She was so loud the car next to us heard her and began arguing with one of the carhops about the employee's attitude twords us. A black lady with braids then walks out of the restaurant to great another lady (who wasn't an employee, who also walked in and out of the establishment several times smoking a cigarette) VERY loudly and then saying "These people ordered burgers and now they just sittin' there." Of course she was talking about us because we were the only customers there, and I see why. She sat outside loud talking and cursing with this other lady as they went back and forth to the trunk of this lady's car and into the restaurant, which made us a little nervous especially since the lady was smoking and not an employee going into an area where people's food is being prepared. A nicer employee brought us our correct orders and apologized for the behavior of the employee. We didn't feel comfortable eating the food at that point, and definitely didn't feel safe giving it to the kids. We'll eat at the McDonald's next door before we spend another penny...

We ordered off the app, our order was $50 for a family of 5. The app offered smoked Cheddar cheese for an additional $1 a slice. So we ordered that on 2 of our burgers. When our food came the carhop was nice and we are passing out food and then we notice little things, no bacon on a bacon Burger, no cheese which was an extra $1 charge, and no sauce with the chicken wings which was specifically asked for in the order. So we push the red button and let them know of the missing cheese and sauce. They sent out another carhop to help. When we told her all of what we needed she went back in and came back and told us that management said it was hard for them to tell us there is no smoked Cheddar cheese, even though we paid extra for it, the sauce was given after 2 trips back to us. When asked about the refund they told us to contact the app and get the refund. So we did that and we still haven't gotten the refund on the cheese. We normally don't have any issues with this Sonic, this was the 1St time in the many years we have come here. Needless to say it was our last. It wouldn't have been bad if we didnt spend over $50 and if the attitude from the 2nd person wasn't bad. The manager that day didn't seem accommodating. My daughter and I stopped by for Ocean Waters about 11 p.m. and my daughter got a drink that was just carbonated water. Mine was fine. We had just pulled out and came back in. My daughter gave her still-full drink back to a carhop and we explained. She brought a new one and I understood her briskness because they were busy. She left before my daughter took a sip. Guess what? Carbonated water AGAIN! We pushed the button and explained. When the same carhop came back out, she said, āIs there another type drink you want? She (assuming this was the manager) tried the drink machine and itās working fine.ā Wow! We know what an Ocean Water tastes like and would have no reason to keep inconveniencing ourselves or them if the drink was right! That was rude!!
