I'm very disappointed in the service we received tonight. The last time I went I ordered a roll to go with my hibachi and they never brought it to me even after I asked where it was. It wasn't on my bill so I just didn't worry about it. Tonight we had 4 hibachi orders and 1 all you can eat sushi and I ordered a roll to go with my meal. They gave my roll to someone else and apologized and brought one out fairly quickly, no big deal. But, my dad never got his all you can eat sushi. He ordered 2 rolls and when we asked about them our food was about halfway cooked so by the time he got them we were almost done eating. They said they misplaced his sheet he ordered on and then brought him another sheet that they had erased....it was the original sheet he wrote on. They finally brought out sushi but it wasn't what he ordered, so they put in another order for what he ordered the first time. They said they don't typically let you take home the all you can eat sushi but they would make an exception since his order got messed up....well how nice of you. The server kept saying she was sorry and it wasn't her fault, but no one took responsibility, and I don't think she should have said it wasn't her fault even though I'm pretty sure it was. When we got our ticket I asked to speak to the manager and waited 15 min and asked again to speak to the manager. I think she didn't want to tell him I wanted to talk to him. When he came over he had an I don't give a crap what you have to say attitude and was rude when I tried to tell him what happened. Since this seems to be becoming a regular thing for them to forget food and then having the owner not give a damn when you try to point out what happened my family will not be returning. As far as the hibachi goes, the food was great. But if you order sushi you better make sure they bring it to you and the owner will be nice as long as you don't have a complaint. He's always been super nice until I pointed out that this keeps happening. As soon as he walked up he said what you want more sushi? No, it would have been nice for him to enjoy his meal with everyone...

Went into the business there were 6 people total on a Friday evening dinning inside. First the waitress is leaning over the table and violating personal space to talk, maybe nervous idk, but I'm a chill guy I was explained there is no pressure. So I tried the all you can eat for $29.99, once I selected 4 items on the all you can eat menu the waitress told me that I can only chose 1 or 2 because they will be making to-go orders. To go orders take precedence over dine-in customers* Never knew this was a thing but I took a chance I figured it was a technique to slow you down from eating to make a bigger profit. Fast forward 20 mins later I only received 1 roll while no other people came into the business. Also there may be a language barrier looking back on the visit. The waitress explained this to me poorly, if they were short staffed then have your employees say that and now Customers can make an informed decision on how to order. Hated to leave I really wanted to enjoy the place but the customer service and speed was not worth the price at the time. The one roll I did get was pretty tasty. Also if you can teach the waitress to not lean over the table to talk to take orders, and not point or touch everything on the table. And work on bringing food to the table with a thumb in the rice or soup 🤦🏾♂️ I guess the 6 people inside was an indicator of service. Enter at your own caution.

Read moreDo not order from their website. Your credit card info will be sent to a third party system overseas, not the restaurant directly. My credit card was charged but I never got a confirmation email. So, I called the restaurant to confirm they received it. Marie answered and told me she couldn’t view online orders, that only the manager can. Marie asked for my phone number and said the manager would call me back. I waited 15 minutes and never heard from the manager. I called the restaurant again and no one answered. I called 3 more times and no answer. I called from a different number and Marie answered immediately. I asked her about my order and she said the manager was on a call but would call me back. I asked if she could just check the kitchen to make sure the order was received and she said no. She told me the manager would call me back. I called again, no answer. I called from a new number and Marie immediately answered. She gave me the same routine and told me the manager would call me back. I am very confused why no one can confirm my order was received or if my food is ready.
I would really appreciate if the owner would contact me about this. I have a phone recording and phone logs I would like to show you.
Update: it has been over an hour. I have not received any email/text confirmations or phone call from the manager. My credit card has been charged though.
Update #2: Michael, an employee finally called and told me that the owner has a third party system answering the phone from overseas so the number listed on their website/Google is not a direct line to the restaurant (which is why no one could confirm they received my order or why Marie couldn’t check with the kitchen). He said the owner has been out of town for 2 months and there is no manager currently running the restaurant. He also said I couldn’t get a refund unless I physically came to the store. Will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and...
