Please Think Twice Before Bringing Your Dog Here
I was a happy customer for over a year, but after my last visit, I can no longer recommend this place. Since moving back to Hudson County, this was the only groomer I trusted with my dogsâbut now I regret it.
My dog came home with a small scar, along with two other marks near her lower abdomen. These looked like scratches from nails or possibly pressure marks from being tied too tightly. Since then, she has not been walking comfortably, refuses to go on her usual walks, and wonât even jump onto her favorite chairâsomething sheâs always done.
Concerned, I called the grooming salon and asked them to review the cameras. Their response? âEverything was fine, and the dog left walking.â But when I requested a copy of the footage, they suddenly said the owner needed to approve it and that the video was too long to sendâas if I donât know videos can be compressed. I already expect their response to this reviewâlikely dismissing my concerns and making it seem like itâs all in my head or my imagination.
Adding to the frustration, the groomer never speaks to customers directly. Instead, you only deal with the front desk lady, who always seems to have an attitude and is constantly on her phone.
My dog has been fearful of big dogs ever since she was attacked by a pit bull, and I have no idea if there was another dog in the same room during her grooming. But something clearly happened that made her anxious, uncomfortable, and physically different.
I never wanted to believe the bad reviews, but here I am writing one. If you care about your dogâs well-being, please stay away from this place unless youâre willing to risk your petâs emotional and physical health.

   Read moreJust walked out of this store and I have to say the lady who works the front desk had terrible customer service skills. She has no business working in a pet accessory grooming store. I brought in a Jacket for my dog for an even exchange same item just different size. They refused to exchange the item saying they do not honor the 30 day store exchange policy, and that it is actually a 6-7 day policy (which is it?). I then told her it was a gift for the holiday and that they mentioned to who purchased the item that it was a 30 day return. I proceeded to speak to request to speak to her manager, to which she chose to call and speak in a different language and did not let me speak to the owner/manager. At the end of the day I was not asking for money back nor was I asking for store credit just a different size.
There was no resolution, left the store very frustrated. I donât ever write reviews however this time I felt like people should be aware of the terrible customer service and attitude the front desk girl has. Take your business elsewhere.
Side note they have an adorable poodle in the store, who I now worry if itâs being treated kindly by this lady who manages the store.
If this reaches the store management/owner I recommend you change your staff or have a chat with them if you care at all about your business.

As an FYI the item was not used and it in fact did have tags, if your front desk employee wasnât too busy on her phone she wouldâve have noticed the item still had a tag, since the item did not fit therefor I would have not used it for a month.
