I took my mom here a lot. Always had a good experience. But this last time I took my mom for touch up and the process was over 3 hours. So I decided to leave her and come back later. A touch up is usually $25-$30. They charged $110 for acrylic nails. Their reason was because she had to soak her nails and she chose a nail polish that was a little more expensive. I asked for a breakdown because I still couldn’t believe why it was so expensive but they didn’t give prices for the work done. I called 20 minutes prior to walking into the salon to check for availability and to see if my debit card would be accepted. I was told to come on over. However, when I walked in the lady was very rude and stated she had an appointment. When I attempted to explain I called earlier she continued to cut me off and kept saying "no, no, no". She didn't even give me the option of waiting til after her appointment arrived. Do not come here!! CHEAP NAIL POLISH, THEY DONT EVER BUY NEW ONES! I got a manicure and pedicure, during my pedicure, they fixed my toe nail going into my skin, hurt a bit during but after, I felt relieved. They proceeded to the same on my other toe but left it bleeding. Before my manicure, I asked very nicely, and clearly, to be gentle on my cuticles because they are delicate, they understood. They did not succeed, and left two of my fingers on my left hand bleeding, and skin peeled. The manicure color looked beautifully and wasn’t damaged all day.
