Brazilian Churrascaria — Restaurant in Guttenberg

I don’t usually write reviews unless a place is exceptionally good or truly disappointing—and unfortunately, this was the latter. Let me start with the food: the chicken was dry and tough, like it had been sitting around since the day before. The black beans were bland and tasted straight out of a can (and I know what real black beans should taste like—I’ve had them in Brazil). They were out of nearly everything, including beer—only one “last” Corona was available. Even the maracuyá (passion fruit juice) was canned, not fresh. The atmosphere was equally poor. The patio looked more like a construction site than a restaurant, with materials and beer boxes scattered everywhere. It felt chaotic and unkempt. To make matters worse, we were a family group, and the bill was over $100—on which they automatically added gratuity. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but forcing it after such a disappointing experience felt like a final insult. Definitely not coming back. There are too many great places out there to waste time...

I recently placed an order for food delivery on Uber Eats, but unfortunately, my order arrived incorrect. Instead of receiving the Maduros I had ordered, I was given a flavorless salad without any dressing. Additionally, I had ordered lengua tacos, but I received sausage tacos instead, which was disappointing as I do not consume pork. Furthermore, the cuts of Picanha in my order were incredibly small, barely visible. I would have preferred if the restaurant had simply cancelled my order rather than substituting items I didn't request. What made matters worse was that I did not receive a phone call to inquire if I was okay with the substitutions. Based on this experience, I have decided not to order from this...

$22 for two chicken thighs, one small cube of beef, 2 small ribs and one sausage. I did get rice, beans and salad, all in small containers. I was told it would be good for two people, we were left hungry after we ate. The pork was salty, so we did not eat it. I did talk to a man at the place and he said the cost of meat is expensive. So, I guess that is why I got little protein (chicken, pork, meat and sausage) for that high cost. He did not attempt to please me and at least throw in an extra chicken thigh ☹️😵. This place is to expensive for so little food. I have paid $22 for a meal and it last for another day, or it comes in a tray to feed two people. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Definitely,...
