I never had any issues with my packages before but last time May 30th 2020 I went to the store and I sent a package with next day shipping. Apparently my package seemed to be lost because there was no updates for almost 11 days. When I went to store last week on June 10th I wanted to do a claim they took my information and said they need to investigate why package was not delivered on June 3rd and get back to me. Today is June 17 and I wanted to follow up about the claim and I called customer service and suggested me to go back to the store and ask directly to the store if I can get a refund. Package was delivered on June 11th but due to this delay I lost a customer so package was meaningless because I couldn’t show my products to the buyer on time buyer needed. I reached the store via email and they shared that they do not handle the deliveries and the issue is on UPS delivery side and that these are two separate entities, so at this point no one is helping to solve the problem (store nor customer service). Now, Store said UPS is an unable to guarantee the delivery, but I paid for next day shipping and they told me that packaged was going to arrive on June 3rd which never happend on that day. Now, I asked for reimburment or partial refund but they said that they cannot do that and the store said to contact customer service and customer service said to check with the store(?). I was not told that there where delays and if I knew then I wouldnot spent my money to send products there.
Please make sure when you send something this days do not use Next day shipping they will not...

I had over 10 packages to be shipped out this holiday season and I was 5th in line. I have never shipped so many packages so I was a bit nervous about the process. I was greeted by a team member while in line, he asked me what I needed and explained my options before I got to the front. I liked that since I had no clue what I was doing and I didn't want to ask a million and one questions when I got to the desk, there were people behind me as well.
Once I got to the front, Sarthi greeted me and went through some mistakes I had made on my packages. He didn't charge me for rectifying the mistakes which was surprising since I've had to pay other locations! He showed me how to receive notifications on my packages so I wouldn't be oblivious while they were out for shipment.
I will definitely be coming back to this location for all of their services! They offer notary services copying/faxing services, and have all the supplies you need to prepare your packages! It's a one-stop shop! I would recommend this location to everyone, especially businesses! Thank you Sarthi and his team for a great...

I trusted UPS with a package worth $15,000. No one at the counter even mentioned insurance. They slapped on a label, sent it off--and then lost it. After repeated delivery reschedules, it somehow "disappeared" at their own facility. And the best they can do? "Sorry, we'll give you $100." Are you kidding me?
That $100 doesn't even begin to cover the damage this did to my business. I filed a claim, waited forever for a response, only to be told: "We searched, we can't find it, here's your $100." No accountability. No supervisor to talk to. Just robotic apologies and a pathetic offer of a 20% discount on my next shipment--as if I'd ever trust them again.
This whole experience screams negligence or theft, and UPS takes zero responsibility. My business took a huge hit, and they couldn't care less. Absolutely infuriating. If your package is worth anything, avoid UPS at all costs. They're fast to take your money and faster to wash their hands when they screw up. Still this date, supervisor won't call me. My package is still lost. $15,000 is somebody's whole savings...
