Wow! What an Ah-mazing experience! Deluxe Med Spa is THE place to go for revamping not only your look, but also your mental health. The treatments they provide are so invigorating and give the ultimate relaxation.

I purchased the 75 minute facial with microdermabrasion through Groupon. What a great way to ring in the New Year! The woman who worked on me did a fantastic job rejuvenating my skin with cleansers, steam, extraction, microdermabrasion, massage, and special masks. She was so gentle and meticulous. The massage she gave me was one of the best I’ve ever received. She definitely released all the tension I’ve been carrying in my neck and shoulders from the past year!

After a stress-filled 2023 plagued by sleepless nights, having my skin treated at Deluxe Med Spa was EXACTLY what I needed to feel more energized for 2024.

Bottom line - If you’re looking to treat yourself, consider coming to Deluxe Med Spa. The location at Hacienda Heights is very clean and beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable with my treatment here because I could tell the rooms are WELL sanitized - no weird smells, dirty towels, or hard water stains in the sink. The sheets and robes used for the procedures are freshly cleaned. The rooms are well lighted with soothing music. Staff are very kind and accommodating to all your needs.

The first time I come in I had a bad experience was overcharge more than what agreed and given incomplete services. I HAD TO CALL AND WAISTE EXTRA TIME But they "made it up to me'" by providing months later the hydrafacial they never gave me even though I got charged for it . RHE MICRONEEDLING WIRH PRP is not performed well neither I had that service in other establishments prior and here there are absolutely no results at all whatsoever so more waiste of time and money not cool This is one of those bussiness thar you as a client CANT never tell IF UR GOING TO HAVE A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE OR NOT and that's because the inconsistency they have in being able to consistently privide great customer service, customer care and building and keeping relationships with customers that I feel should Always be a priority but seems to me that not all employees feel that way and that's why I will not return here ever again As a consumer I expect consistency and I don't want to be worry if I'm going to be treated rigth and receive the services I pay for without me having to ask and debate an employee for it specially after the fact they already chargue me ! that's just unprofessional and with so many other great bussiness out there I simply won't...

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I needed to pay in advance, even though I’m not a first-time customer. I clearly said I wasn’t comfortable with that, and they eventually agreed to book the appointment without prepayment.

Originally, I scheduled for 1:30 but later called to change it to 1:00. The staff confirmed the new time over the phone. I arrived on time at 1:00 and checked in, but then waited for 20 minutes with no update. During that time, the same front desk person came over twice to ask me for my name, and still didn’t seem to know what service I was there for.

In the end, I couldn’t even get the treatment done because there was no time left. My time was completely wasted.

This level of miscommunication and poor coordination is unacceptable. The front desk had no clear record of my appointment or service, and the overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I will not...
