I recently had the opportunity to attend the PMU Fundamental Training at the PMU Academy by Lash & Brow Bar NJ, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The instructor (Adrianna) and her team (Laura and Yamile) at the academy are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring that we understood the techniques and principles behind permanent makeup. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Not only did I learn the technical skills needed for permanent makeup, but the academy also emphasized the importance of client care and safety. They provided thorough training on sterilization and sanitation practices, ensuring that we were well-prepared to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our future clients.

The hands-on training offered at the academy was invaluable. We had the opportunity to practice on live models, under the guidance and supervision of the instructors. This practical experience allowed us to gain confidence and refine our skills.

The Lash & Brow Bar NJ goes above and beyond to support their students even after the training is complete. They provide ongoing mentorship and support, ensuring that we have the resources and guidance needed to succeed in our permanent makeup careers.

More importantly they kept us fed and hydrated . We had breakfast, lunch and dinner each day provided by the academy. We also used our lunch sessions to ask questions and find out where we can improve.

Business night was another great addition to the class. Learning the amount of hard work that gets put into starting your own business is not easy. Adrianna took the time to over with us the requirements for New Jersey and the benefits of completing training in this state.

I strongly believe that eyebrows are one of the most prominent facial features. Unfortunately, not all of us are blessed with those full, beautifully arched set of brows and are strained to either commit to routine appointments for shaping and tinting, or drawing them in each morning (both of which I was ready to give up).

About three years ago I learned about the technique of microblading, and after years of struggling to maintain a descent brow form - I decided to begin my quest in search of a professional who could finally give me the brows of my dreams. It took me about 2 years of researching, scanning the Internet and browsing hundreds of “before and after” posts on Instagram. After some time I eventually grew a bit discouraged because it seemed that anyone I found whose work I liked either practiced overseas, had a steep price tag or a crazy, long waitlist. Then miraculously (yes, miraculously) I came across Lash & Brow Bar NJ on Instagram and immediately was blown away!

During my first appointment I was very nervous, however Adrianna’s calm demeanor and pleasant personality made me feel comfortable and confident that I came to the right place. The appointment went very smoothly, during which Adrianna explained step-by-step of what the process would involve. She really listened to my concerns and the results were stunning! It was so amazing waking up each morning with perfect eyebrows and never again to pick up an eyebrow pencil.

It has been almost 2 years now when I returned back to Adrianna for maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. I cannot emphasize the amount of time I have been approached by friends, colleagues and strangers – complementing me on my eyebrows. My experience with Lash and Brow Bar NJ has exceeded my expectations. The Salon is welcoming and beautiful as is everyone there. The owners and staff are professional, respectful, kind and strive to have you feel as if your part of the Lash and Brow Bar family . It is a very relaxing and peaceful space to be in, especially if your nervous as i was. But don't be, you are in the best, most talented hands with any of these ladies. Adriana, Shaneen and Laura are beyond gifted! Id trust no one else. Alberto and Angie at the desk provide amazing customer service. I cant stress enough how wonderful this experience was from making my appointment to my amazing results.
