I have rented from Grand Rental Station many times, they are always easy to to deal with, friendly staff, fair prices on equipment, but this time, they saved my brother's surprise 40th birthday party. The forecast worsened as the party date neared! Alas, the venue we rented did not allow tents, but we had space for a tent at our home. We canceled the venue and not even 12 hours before the event they provided us with a tent and a professional crew to set it up. The tent set up and break down were quick with minimal damage to our yard. The ownership helped us find a solution to setting up the tent on our septic field with weights instead of stakes and the crew moved 6x500lb weights with ease. We will definitely continue to use Grand Rental as our first choice for all party rentals. Thank you...

Very disappointed. I had rented a brush mower for a job i was doing clearing tall brush and when I picked it up and brought it back home I went to go use it and the machine did not work as it should and by the time I went to call them they were closed for the weekend so now I was stuck with a rental that didn't work as it should. And I was still charged for a rental that I could not use which costed me money for a job that I had to finish by hand because there machine i rented didn't work. And they never offered a refund for my inconvenience which was ridiculous. So I'll never use them ever again 😕 worse experience ever and one pissed...
