Do NOT buy any glass pieces from this shop! The glass they sell are of low quality and unsafe to use. I had a piece almost explode on my on my second time using it. I was not using the piece incorrectly and was heating as you are expected to. Thankfully, I heard the crack and stopped using it immediately before it shattered/exploded.
I immediately called the store for a refund/replacement but the man who answered the phone told me he would call the next evening after he found out an answer about it from the owner. I got a name from him and never got a call for 2 days, so I called them again. I was met with a lot of problems. I was told I should have contacted them within 24 hours, which I did and explained what was told to wait outside the 24 hours for an answer regarding anything, they apparently didn't have an employee by the name that was given to me the first time I called (I was told that it must have a man with a name that wasn't even remotely close to the name I was given, who worked the night I first called), then they told me to come in for an exact replacement. When I got in, I told them an exact replacement was not acceptable because the glass was of poor quality. I told them if they weren't going to offer a refund then store credit is probably more appropriate, but to insist I be replaced with the same type of poor quality glass piece that almost exploded before 3 uses was just not acceptable to me. They then told me they couldn't do anything for me because I had used the piece anyway, so I brought it in for nothing?? I was so insulted that I had to let him know he was participating in bad business. What if a hot shard of glass went into my eye? In what world do you pay $15 to go blind? I'm going to the extreme, but you understand my point.
I would suggest buying any glass pieces at a specialty shop and DO NOT BUY from here! While I did observe their selection of quality pieces, if you're looking for a bargain please go to a business that won't sell you glass bought in bulk from sketchy sources. Cloud Smoke Shop should definitely sort out...
   Read morei liked cloud for years, but they have a really horrible return policy! they will not refund money or replace defective items unless in a 24 hour window, and they do not inform you of this. i unknowingly bought a defective item and the girl behind the counter did not tell me to test it out prior to ensure that it works, nor did i know this insane return policy. i was accused of improperly storing my item even though i barely got any use from it. the man who i tried returning it to was rude and blamed me for his product being bad. i’m beyond disappointed, angry, and upset that i wasted my money and was given no remedy to an issue that was not my fault. Tonight they gave me a $10 vape instead of having to wait. Vape doesn’t work out of package. This is the least amount in the 3 weeks. They do not scan items but punch it into the machine to pay so make sure to double check. I never leave reviews ever but this is annoying. 3rd time in 3 weeks.
