P.J.W. Restaurant Group — Local services in Haddon Township

Is there any way I can give this place a ZERO? My wife and I recently moved to this neighborhood, so we decided to stop by for some drinks and a quick bite to eat -- we have never experienced such bad service in our lives. We have been to thousands of restaurants all over the word and some them were truly hellholes - but never we've seen such a poor managed place like P.J. We received our drinks relatively fast, but when our food arrived there was no silverware to be found. We waved down our waitress to ask her to bring us the silverware and some condiments (the veggie burger was bone dry - literally... they threw a veggie patty on top of DRY piece of bread) we waited over 10 minutes and no silverware in sight... my wife decided to eat her salad with her hands... just horrible. This place is a joke, I do not intend to blame the wait staff, because they were swamped - what this place needs is a good manager or management team.... I will never return. It's just...

Went with my gf around 9:30pm on a Sunday and the first thing the waitress said was "Just so you know the kitchen closes in 15 minutes." No greeting whatsoever. But even with that we ordered something quick and talked with the thought of hanging out and getting drinks....if only the waitress wasn't acting like we were a pain.
