I loved this place! It is Cambodian owned, and while I was getting my pedi/gel nails done, the lovely tech who was taking care of me taught me about Cambodian culture! I got glittery fall nails on my hands and feet (regular polish for my feet), and while my nails have grown out, the polish has stayed the same way it was applied. I prefer shorter nails, and the tech left me with beautifully shaped nails. And it has been almost a month! Thank you, Nail Cafe! If you weren’t so far my house, I would be a regular. 10/10 — customer service/care 8/10 — aesthetic of the salon 10/10 — application/finished product/final result edit: *I forgot to mention that I had gel on my hands and regular on my feet

I took my daughter (7yrs) out for an impromptu girls' day to this adorable nail salon. We were lucky to get in with no appointment as it was a Tuesday morning. The vibe here is laid back and welcoming. My daughter was a bit nervous but she did great. Her nail tech made her feel comfortable and neither of us felt rushed to leave. Let's just say the massage chair was my daughter's favorite part. The nail tech who did my pedicure was friendly and talkative which made my pedicure more enjoyable. Another thing I truly like was they did not try to up sell me a lip or eyebrow wax. (If I wanted my Tom Selleck mustache waxed,I'll let you know). I will most definitely be back.

I read the reviews and decided to give them try. Although I was greeted friendly enough. I found some key issues with my visit there was no dryer for my feet after nail polish. I was advised to wait an hour before putting sneakers on. I also was a little disappointed with the response when I shared that I wanted my nail design to be fixed. However I was asked to pay before it was fixed and that I would also need to pay a surcharge on my cc. Nail design corrected but I came home with dry hands no lotion. I also got the dip and I will attach pics same fingers different hands but there is a hump on the one finger.

So many WONDERFUL things to say about the Nail Cafe, beginning from my phone call to make my appointment! Thai (the owner) took my call on a busy Saturday and although I wanted her and she so nicely explained that she had a packed schedule, she confidently explained that another technician would be able to take care of me...even after I explained to her that I am very particular about my nails. When I arrived That immediately greeted me by name, and asked for Brie to wrap my nails, and she did so with pleasure!!!! Brie later introduced me to my technician Rosa and the WONDERFUL experience continued!!!! Rosa patiently worked with me as I developed my design choices based on my color choices. Rosa CONSISTENTLY (not in an annoying way) asked if she was hurting me and if I was okay as she trimmed my cuticles and filed my nails. Rosa & Thai worked together to achieve the look that I wanted and make me feel comfortable! I am VERY PARTICULAR about where I get my nails done and who I provide money to for a service. ALL of the ladies made me feel comfortable from the onset, paying very close attention to detail!!!! Nail Cafe DEFINITELY has a new customer in me, and if you give them a try you WONT be sorry! Sorry for the long review but they TRULY...

Tina did my nails and she repeatedly hurt me with the tools. I went in for a full gel set, only because I saw the price was $45, which is something any other nail salon charges. Once I was in the chair, she stuck the tips on my nails and that’s when she told me I’d be paying $65. When I questioned her she said that’s the price for gel full set. I questioned her again because on the board the price was listed as $45, not $65 and she just shrugged her shoulders. At that point I didn’t even have any other option but to get my nails done. Once she started, she left a huge piece of lint in my nail so even that looked ugly. I picked a dark maroon, and she came back with a lighter color and I told her that it wasn’t dark enough, she said after the second coat it should be darker, but of course that was another lie. Then when I finally paid, she charged me $2 non cash fees without disclosing it to me. I don’t mind spending money, but the service should be adequate and the tech shouldn’t lie to their clients. Never going again! Also, the girls working there are so loud and obnoxious!! They keep screaming over their clients and having side conversations. It was a horrible experience overall, and a...

This is the third time my nails are chipped or oddly damaged WITHIN 24 hours after getting my nails done here. I figured it was the nail polish and not the techs fault. However, when I walked in today Tina had a nasty attitude and slick remarks because I didn’t have an appointment. I woke up with my nails damaged even though I just paid to get them done the day before. I work every other day from their open to closing time. Therefore it was the only time I would’ve been able to go in regardless. I apologized and said I didn’t have time to call because they weren’t open yet when I woke up and realized it. Yet she continued with her remarks. Rather than apologizing for the nails damaging so soon, she kept apologizing to her other client and repeatedly told me that I must’ve done something to damage my nails. As I was leaving she also said “your welcome” with a rude tone in her voice. I wanted to give their polish a chance but after being treated so poorly I won’t...
