Came here for an anniversary night. The lady told us we could only sit in a two top because there was only two of us. However, another couple walked in and sat down in the table with four seats and no one said anything. Took them over 15 min to come over to our table to see what we wanted (at 3pm on a Friday and there was only a few other people in there). We explained we have never been to a winery so we are unsure how it works. No one tried to explain anything to us. We did a normal tasting and took almost two hours for 4 little tastings, the older gentleman said he was going to throw in a 5th one at the end but we barely even saw him. Half way through the guy serving us disappeared and another showed up. I asked for another sample and that we were going to buy a bottle of wine (the most expensive on the menu). 20 min later pass and we are still sitting there waiting for the wine and taster. We decided to leave and pay for what we got. 0/5 stars for customer service. It was a cute place and the wine tasted good. That's the only reason for 2 stars. We went to the brewery next...

The lady walked out said hello I though she was saying hello to me since I walked in first, she said i was talking to them but what can I get you, rushed the service I was intrested to buy more than one bottle, then during the transaction she kept talking to the party behind me blowing me off trying get me out the location, said again I was talking to them, had me totally confused what was going on, by far the worst service I seen and especally coming out the pandemic would of though you would be motivated to do business with people but I guess not, then to top it off when I paid I selected for my recpit to be printed. It printed she didn't even bother to get it and said have a nice day. This is really alarming service for a place that had no one in the winery at the time, no way to treat people who are intrested in NJ wine and wanna do business but wount do it with a company that treats...
Read moreI've been to this location multiple times and each time the staff is not friendly at all. Last night was my breaking point with unfriendly staff members. They refused to turn the lights on inside because "I need them off to do my computer work" is what we were told by the man behind the counter when our reservation was for two inside. We moved to be outside because of their constant interjection to our conversation and hoping for privacy; the woman waiting on us completely invaded personal space physically. Would slap your shoulder while talking and trying to joke with you, very unprofessional. Every time I have gone on a work week (with reservations) they act like they have no time for you and as though you're bothering them; Heritage Winery in general, your ego is too big to have such poor...
