Been going to see Rich for a few years now. Rich is a truly fantastic barber and always delivers and outstanding cut and can always achieve the appealing look you so desire. He’s professional, skilled and efficient and doesn’t waste your time in the chair either. You can tell he truly loves what he does and the passion shines through the handsome results he consistently delivers. I am a returning customer. So, I made my hair cut appt. last week for an appt. yesterday at 2:30pm, left work early to arrive on time. Got there at 2:25pm. Checked in, was told that my barber would be will with me shortly. 2:40p still waiting! 2:50pm still waiting! 3:00pm still waiting! The whole time I was sitting there, not one of the 3 guys that was there apologize or even said one word to me. Finally got up, told one of guys I couldn't wait any longer and to make sure I wasn't charged for the appt! He did say he was sorry as I was walking out the door. By the way, when u make the appt on line you need to give them your credit card and you are threatened that if you don't show up for your schedule appt you will be charged $40. I SHOWED UP! DIDN'T GET MY HAIRCUT! So where is my $40. for wasting my time! Shouldn't it work both ways! I guess their time is more valuable than mine! Very disappointed!
