This kind man knows exactly what he’s doing. Of every phone call made and phony place I went to, this is the ONLY place that would do a motherboard repair, especially on smaller and older model iPhones like I had. To make it even better, the price was affordable, he charged me LESS than most would for a repair this serious, and kept consistent communication throughout the whole process. He opened my phone up, explained every issue of what was wrong with it, and even showed me pictures, pointing it out so I’d understand. He told me what he’d do to repair it, and at no point did I feel confused or like I was being conned. Apple will refer you to DriveSavers—they charge at least $1,000. I paid $250 for the data recovery, and he even made the smart choice not to use heat around the storage chip because I stressed that’s why I needed help. My motherboard was fried but he got it on, charging on a wireless, and well enough to back up. If not for this guy, I would’ve lost so much money and so many memories, pictures, texts, data, etc. 10/5 stars, honestly. If you need help with repairs from a non-sketchy person who will charge you reasonably and do a wonderful job explaining it to you, this is the guy to go to. Next time I or my friends/family have issues with their phones, I know exactly where I’ll go and refer them to.

Read moreThis place is terrible and I don’t know how they have 5 stars. I dropped off my PS5 and the guy was talking like he knows what he’s doing and can figure it out, but I was skeptical cause you really have to know what you’re doing with a PS5, not just change phone batteries or broke phone screens. Anyway, I called after a week and guy says “he didn’t call you so he’s not done, he’ll call when he’s finished.” Ok, I waited 3 weeks this time because they still didn’t reach out so I decided to go in and another guy says I have to call him. Turns out my PS5 isn’t there but in storage and can be picked up tomorrow. I go in next day and turns out the storage is in the mall somewhere else. Anyway the guy says it’s the RAM and can’t be fixed. Wrong, it’s not the RAM, turns out the board is bad (processor). They do say it’s free to check, and if it can be fixed you can probably do it yourself if you’re ok fixing things a little. Also prices are high once they know what it is, guy in front of me was crying for 20 minutes (smh) trying to lower the price. I’ll just say Good luck and go somewhere else that’s upfront and doesn’t fake it like they know, I don’t have time...
Read moreThe Phone Whisperers. I've used these guys 4 times and there is NOTHING they can't do with a phone. Today, they resurrected my phone from the dead. No idea why it wouldn't turn on, but I couldn't get my phone to turn on. Brand new (5 months old) iPhone 13. Went to the Apple store down the hall from these guys because the phone is still under warranty, and they wouldn't help me without an appointment!? I NEED MY PHONE. So I walked over to these guys since they've DONE WONDERS for me in the past. Asked they could help and in mere minutes, they had it up and running as good as new! Wouldn't even charge me!!! Ya gotta give them a tip!!!
Side note: YEARS ago I was referred to them from a T-Mobile Corporate store when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the phone. I'm telling you... You have a phone issue, there is NO ALTERNATIVE to...
