Really wanted to love this place for our wedding rental, and things started out great. I found them at a bridal show and fell in love with one of the suits they had displayed there. We had a great experience ordering that suit for the nine men in the bridal party (including groomsmen, fathers and usher). Things started to unravel the day before the wedding (at the worst possible time). One of the groomsmen who went to pick up his suit the day before the wedding noticed that the tie looked different from when we ordered (his wife, a bridesmaid, was along for the original ordering trip). I called the shop about an hour before I was leaving for our rehearsal and was told that when they placed our order months earlier, they couldn't get the original, solid burgundy tie/vest color we selected, so the shop staff went ahead and made the executive decision to order a replacement tie that was the same burgundy color we had chosen, but it had a black stripe pattern on it - very different from what we ordered and I did not like it. When I called to ask why they wouldn't just call us when they were ordering the suits months ago to notify us, I was told that "they just didn't think it would be that big of a deal" to get the patterned tie (the original choice was just solid) since it was the same burgundy color. After going back and forth, they were able to order replacement ties and vests for the six groomsmen that were close to the original solid burgundy option we had chosen and were going to have them in by 10am on the day of our wedding. My now-husband had to go up there that morning (because why not, it's not like we had anything else going on that day) only to realize they had only ordered FIVE replacement options for the SIX groomsmen. As a result, our best man had to wear a different shade vest/tie than the rest of the groomsmen. As my husband and the best man finished up with the transaction after that second debacle (just hours before the wedding), one of the staff members said something along the lines of, "well, we almost got it right." Maybe it's just me, but when you badmouth the customer service at the big chain stores like this place did and force a couple to have mismatched groomsmen suits in the wedding pictures they're going to have forever, "almost" getting it right doesn't cut it. What can I say ... Wow! Ingram's Men's Shop is top notch, second to none! My mother recently passed (suddenly) and I "was" in need of a suit for her funeral, which is only days away. And, as I was searching for a place to buy a suit, I came across Ingram's Men's Shop. Having seen the establishment in passing and after reading the glowing reviews, I told my wife that I wanted to see what they have. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by many smiling faces, all presenting a welcoming atmosphere. They said, "good evening, we will be right with you." Shortly thereafter, we were personally greeted by Nick, who would be taking care of us. He asked what I was looking for and when I needed the suit and after telling him about my recent loss, he said "You have my condolences and we will take good care of you." He then went on to give me a proper tailored fitting for a complete suit, with vest and slacks, along with a shirt and tie. The service was a reminder of how things used to be, personal, quality and professional! Understanding that the window of opportunity / turnaround is very limited, they assured me that everything would be ready on time. I say they, because I would be remise, if I didnt recognize the other gentlemen working in the store; Mr. Frank and Mr. Len. Nick, Mr. Frank and Mr. Len work in a harmonious fashion and the level of care and professionalism never faded, they make an awesome team! Our experience was so positive, that we ended up purchasing additional items and, special ordered a few more. If you're ever in need of a suit and you're lucky enough to cross paths with Nick at Ingram’s Men's Shop, consider yourself in great hands! I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter’s wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram’s!

Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn’t have been more thrilled. But wait—there’s more! Nick didn’t stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were way more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before.

Ingram’s and Nick were the superheroes I didn’t know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter’s wedding. I seriously can’t thank them enough for coming to the rescue when I was literally left hanging.

Even though Ingram’s Men’s Shop is 45 minutes away from me, I’ll be buying all of my suits and formal wear from them from now on. After this experience, they are by far the obvious choice for me.
